I had a tree fall over from a wind storm, I filed a claim, damage was below my deducible so no money was received from State Farm. Guess what, they canceled my insurance .To make things even worse I had to find out from my loan service company, Mr. Corte wouldn’t even drop me a line. Horrible service, crappy product.

Wonderful customer service. I was able to easily transfer my insurance from WA to here within minutes with Eddie. Also Brandon was very helpful when I called for info on insuring my new car. Great rates and knowledgable, friendly employees :) I plan on sticking with them for a very long time!

I’ve been working with Cortie’s office for several years. I find State Farm products to be competitively priced. Yet, low cost is just part of the equation when it comes to value.
The service I receive is impeccable. I really like having a knowledgeable local agent. It is so important when dealing with insurance. There are many levels of coverage and details the must not be overlooked. I get clear explanation of the coverage and great recommendations on how to create the best insurance package for my dollar.
I highly recommend Cortie and his staff. I am sure you will not be disappointed. They really do go the extra mile. That is hard to find today. For my dollar the best insurance person, bar none, to deal with.

I have been with Cortie’s branch for a little over a year now and I have absolutely no complaints! I’ve been with State Farm for about 4 years and I love State Farm as an insurance company, but my previous agent is nothing like Cortie and his staff. With my previous agent, I definitely felt like just another number.
Brandon has helped me with lowering my premium, finding me discounts that my previous agent would never have done. He also helped me add renter’s insurance to my policy and helped me with filing a claim! Brandon is friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! He goes out of his way to make sure his customer is happy!
