Super friendly people! As you walk in, there is someone to great you and point you to the right detection. They didn’t have what I was looking for but they were able to take the time to look and showed me something similar that I can use.
Would defiantly come back and check out all my needs for gardening or house work projects.

Their customer service is the best hands down. So glad they are here. Every time I head in there they seem to know just how much attention I need, from full service to «just point me in the right direction». They even special order things you need that they don’t carry. Just ask! Please shop local… they are our neighbors and deserve success.

I love Ace Hardware. I never thought I would enjoy shopping here so much being a city girl and all.
All of the places I have lived had maintenance fix everything for me and they didn’t allow you to do anything cosmetic to the property so now that I have my own home I have gone crazy in here.
Everyone who works here is AWESOME!!! So extremely helpful and nice and they know there stuff. They give you the pros and cons of everything foe example I was looking for a sprinkler and the man helping me let me know how everything worked and what the best value was. Usually people don’t want to help and just push the store brand on you with out any type of input and it surprised me that they did not do that, It was a good feeling.
This is the best location ever for a hardware store. I think all the houses would be falling apart if we had to go down the hill.

I have been going to this place since it opened. They usually have everything I need and it is very nice having it so close to my house. But, the customer service could use some work. I can not tell you ONE time I have walked in and had somebody say «Hi, how are you»? I will literally walk in, walk by their employees; and not ONE word unless I speak to them. Thats really my only complaint.

This seems like a very small hardware store and when I visited it the first time, I was very happy to see all the items I needed plus. It was just as the stores in town. So close to my house and very competitive prices. Saves me trips into town, especially if I buy the wrong thing. Easy to go back and exchange it.
The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very please that this store opened and I will be visiting them real soon.
