AccuTech Support provides technology assistance to home users and small businesses. Our support services include repair, maintenance, training, and data recovery.

We work on all brands such as Dell, Toshiba, HP, and Apple. We provide on-​site services to customers in the San Diego, CA area and provide service to customers nationwide with our data recovery and remote support services.

Our goal is to provide each customer with repairs done right the first time, with an emphasis on customer service and returning your computer or technology problem into an accurate solution in a timely manner.

History

Established in 2012.

AccuTech Support was started by Terry Koehl in January 2012.

Meet the Business Owner

Terry K.

Business Owner

Terry has been using computers since 1993 and started honing his trouble shooting skills while still in high school. Having worked for many businesses from small to large corporations Terry has found his skills with computers were always in need. In 2010 Terry began to put the necessary pieces in place including becoming A+ Certified and a member of ACRBO, and in January 2012 launched AccuTech Support.

He enjoys assisting others with their problems and finding a solution as quickly as possible. Terry finds his greatest reward is the look of relief when his clients receive their computers back and fully functional. In addition to great service Terry has always insisted on putting that personal touch in, and will spend extra time with his clients to answer questions and try to help them avoid problems in the future.
