Tara L.
Business Owner
Tara Lindhardt, J.D. has experience representing families of children on the spectrum, with mental health issues, physical disabilities, behavior issues, medical fagility and more. Her practice covers both San Diego, Riverside, Orange and Imperial counties in California.
In addition to her law degree, she is certified in Special Education Advocacy. She has worked for Compass Family Center, Exceptional Family Resource Center, Disability Rights California, for the Public Utilities Commission as a Communication Device Trainer, for North County Transit District as the Americans with Disabilities Act Administrator and Civil Rights Officer and she has worked for Pacific Coast Advocates and in private practice for Access2Advocate LLC.
Besides Special Education Advocacy she also has years of experience in patient advocacy and has successfully represented both children with disabilities and adults who are medically fragile. Transition planning is a specialty area as is mediation.
