Zippy Lube

This place is awesome. They have a cheap service called Value service where they only change the oil and the filter. Especially good when I don’t need my fluids topped off or any fancy stuff.

No stars if I have to check behind them what’s the point in going there wife took there for oil change guess what she paid for service to have fluids topped off her care ran hot ifll0 coolant in Resevoir now care needs repair if you go there check behind them never go there again

These guys are just great. Got an oil change and inspection today. They did find that I need to replace air filters but they actually brought them for me to look at instead of just trying to increase my bill. They were fast and very reasonably priced. Glad I found them!

Very helpful shop when I was very distressed about a tire going almost flat. The guys went out of their way to take care of the tire and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks Gene & John for making my day.

this place is horrible! They are not good at all at what they do some fool named gene was nothing but a rude asshole and could have given two cares about my car which wouldnt pass inspection. I felt its stupid to pay the full amount when i dont even have my car inspected. They said it was due to the tint which i understand but also feel i shouldnt have to pay the full amount considering my car is still not inspected. Obviously I was a upset with this and refused to pay and started to leave well this gut gene comes out running his mouth cursing and making threats. After paying/​throwing thirty something bucks away he continued saying something Im not really sure what but then he rips some chain from the front of the building throws it and proceeds to try and start a fight in the Zippy Lube parking lot. If I wouldnt have been the bigger man we would have been fighting directly in front of the store. That would be great for an advertisement, a zippy lube employee physically fighting with a paying customer. On the bottom of this receipt i got for paying 33.75 for absolutly nothing it says in bold letters OUR GOAL IS COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Well this is false because regardless what the problem is every single employee except for one young guy was unhelpful, rude, and when all was said and done as I was leaving Mr. Gene whatever his last name is literally wanted to fight me while on zippy lubes clock wearing zippy lubes uniform directly in front of zippy lubes front door. This guy is a real liability and if I was not the bigger man we would have been fighting in front of the store and the other customers who saw this whole event. If he were my employee he would be long gone but i guess its going to take a disaster before anything happens.
