This is my favorite wing place in Raleigh! The service at the counter is always good and I have never had to wait too long for my food. Also, I’ve never had any problems with our order being correct and the staff are very friendly. As for the food, the wing sauces are diverse and all delicious. I’m very particular about chicken wing skin. It sounds odd but I like the skin to be taut, without latent fat deposits under the skin. My favorite flavors are the Korean Q, which is sweet and spicy, and the Cajun wings. Also, WingStop’s fries cannot be beaten. They are made fresh, not frozen from a bag, and seasoned with a salty and sweet mixture. It’s a little known fact that you can swap out the regular French fry seasoning for Cajun seasoning or lemon pepper.

horrible customer service contacted the owner and he told he to go to another wing store if i didn’t like the way he ran to the store. the young girl up front had a nasty attitude. the only person who was helpful the older gentleman who was cooking the wings, he rectified the situation. they are lucky to have him as an employee. the girl up front needs training on customer service. all i want is my $ 10 back and they can have there wings that are in the fridge. i have never heard and owner act like this before.

First of all, made a phone order because the online app wasn’t working. The girl who took my order was so rude, would have cancelled but my husband was set on wings. Ordered well done(extra crispy). Not cooked to order, sauce wasn’t spicy at all… mango habanero… bad experience, bad food, will Never eat there again!

This is our favorite wing spot in the neighborhood… yes, over wild wing café. We’ve had their wings twice and loved them both times. Large wings, good fries and tasty dipping sauces. The wait is a little long so I’d suggest calling your orders in but service is good. The place is pretty small and seems like it could get crowded but they also have outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be back.

Great wings and fries. My family enjoyed the variety of different flavors for the wings. Staff was very courteous and even gave us some extra wings because a few in the order were a little small.

Enter at your own risk! The short story(without all the drama) is this: My partner and I went there for dinner. My partner waited nearly 25 minutes for his food. When he questioned the whereabouts of his order he then requested a refund. The refund was denied and so we left… hungry and unrefunded. We typically visit the Wing Stop located near New Hope Church road. You’ll enjoy your experience MUCH better at that location!!! UPDATE: As previously mentioned, much of the drama was left out of my original post(which I gave only 1 star). Since that occasion, I mailed a detailed complaint to both corporate and the franchisee, who contacted me with a full and honest apology. Based on the management and their open communication, I am opting to increase my visit to a comfortable 3 stars. In summary, Wing Stop is a nice place to enjoy a buffalo wing dinner. If you go, it may be ideal to be patient as the service may be a bit long. Enjoy!!!

Great to have another wing place in Brier Creek. 10 wings two flavors $ 7.75. Other wing places wings are inconsistent. These wings are good, a little small but good. The sauces Ok and could be better. Mango habanaro Ok, teriyaki eh. Mentioned to owner and he appeared to appreciate the input. I suggested having a «rub» version too. Would do a 3 star but since new and down the block from me I did a 4 star. Enjoy!

Chicken very good… hot and fresh… fries were ok, not as good as the picture on the menu. Bourbon beans were interesting. .If you like bourbon they are for you. The kids probably would have liked them if they were bbq type. Hot rolls were good. Will go back…5 ate for $ 33 so we thought it was a great value. Limited you may have to carry out.

Chicken rocks but fries with cheese were nasty. Louisiana rub is my favorite, original hot is good too. I am not crazy about the box tea either. I may be back but I’ll make sure I stay away from the cheese fries.
