Salesman was decent, no pressure and explained everything. That’s about all that was good about the experience. The salesman measured the Windows wrong and after 90 days my windows were finally installed, however only partially done. Two of my windows were not the correct size and I am still waiting, now over 100 days, for the job to be completed. Completely set false expectations on time and NO COMMUNICATION from them to me on a time frame of completion. I had call them four times to find any information. Unacceptable and will not use again.

Did a good job. We had a door and some windows replaced. They did a better job at the windows, but that’s their specialty. They are high quality windows and the installer did it fast/​efficiently. The $ 189 a window doesn’t include the insulated windows, it is an upgrade, and some of our frame was rotten so that had to be fixed. But it it was still only around $ 250/​window installed. A good value overall and the salesman was no pressure.

They quoted me on 17 windows and with the argon gas insulated windows it was about $ 4500 installed, broken into two payments, I thought that was very reasonable for most of the windows in the house to be replaced. Skip the plastic divider grid thingys like we did. They serve no purpose and just add to your bill. The windows are prettier and more modern looking without them anyway.
It took them 4 weeks to get everything in and install. (I was told to expect 6) They told me it would only take a few hours, and 2 guys showed up and sure enough, they were in and out in less than half a day. I still can’t believe how fast they were. AND they even apologized for being so slow because one of them was having back trouble! Our home was built in 1978 and these were original windows. They let me keep a few for crafty things.
Windows are beautiful. House is quieter and better insulated. It’s been about a month now. We are still very happy with their work. Great job, guys! Thank you!

We had 8 windows replaced last week. The installation team came in, got the old windows out, the new ones in and were working on caulking them. I decided to walk around and see how things were going since we had 5 rooms being worked on. When I walked into our 1 room I noticed our fish had recently had food dumped into the tank, the food was floating around still which means it had just happened but the food was put back and the lid was on. I went upstairs to make sure my toddler was still sleeping and that my husband hadn’t fed them the outrageous amount. He hadn’t. One of the installers decided to feed my pets and as of today everything in the tank is dead because we couldn’t control the spikes this caused. No one owned up to feeding them and the person I spoke to at WW said he would talk to the installers but pretty much told me I was lying and they wouldn’t feed my pets even though I had proof and dumping food in wouldn’t kill the tank. Unless you have a specialty tank you would have no clue about how tanks work. This was just unimaginable but the reason I gave a 1 star was the fact that they left the job, didn’t have me go around and check their work like they were supposed to, didn’t let me sign the review paper and I noticed they completely missed caulking 1 window and did a horrible job on all but 1 of the rest. Completely inexcusable. I sent pictures of the fish tank and the unfinished work to Window World on facebook which said the franchise owner would hear about it but after over a week I still haven’t heard from them. I am absolutely amazed at everything that happened. The fact that after killing my pets and not doing their jobs I haven’t heard from anyone.

We had a broken pane in a window in our house and we asked them to come out and get a quote for a replacement. This was to replace the top part of the window only. The $ 189 any window fee was a joke. First it was the $ 189 price, plus the $ 75 dollar setup fee for 1 window to any amount. Plus we had low E glass upcharge, then it was upcharge for plastic inserts, then upcharge for having new construction housing. They said they would have to take out the whole window, siding, framing, everything. The $ 189 charge was over $ 460 when they were done. I found the original installer/​builder pro-​build they manufactured the top piece for $ 30 dollars and said they could install it for $ 75 dollars. SOLD!

We had ten windows replaced in an older home by Window World and were pleased.
I admit I was skeptical at their advertisement of $ 189 to replace any window but, it turned out to be accurate.
The salesman that called on us was low pressure and did a good job explaining their products. The installation crew did a great job! They were on time, clean and performed all work as promised. They installed all 10 windows in about three hours.
The windows have performed well. They are certainly not the fanciest windows out there but, are well worth the price. They were significantly cheaper than others we looked at.
I would definitely use them again!
