We are a full service recording facility offering state of the art digital, as well as vintage analog recording. (one of the few remaining studios in the Southeast to offer analog) Our amazing gear, rooms, and experience make it easy for you to realize the vision of your project. Our goal is to assist you in taking your recordings to the next level. Whether you are doing voice over, or full band productions, we will assist you in raising the level of expertise for your project.

We are not limited by musical genre, and can accommodate just about any project. Helping our clients’ achieve the serious focus of professional recording is our goal. It’s going to be work, but it should be fun as well. Osceola offers a large collection of state-​of-​the-​art and vintage equipment, where high end gear is blended together to help you achieve the best possible sounds, and capture every nuance of your work.

History

Established in 1991.

Business Owner

Dick Hodgin has been in the music business for 40 years as a producer, engineer and manager. He relocated to the triangle in 1982 from South Carolina, and opened M80 Management Company in 1985. Dick has a reputation for sharp, honest, no punches pulled advice and counsel, which has earned him «The Dream Assassin» nickname. Over the years, he’s had to wear about as many hats as there are to wear in the music biz. Manager, producer, engineer, booking agent, publicist, promoter, tour manager, sound man, travel agent, baby sitter, transmission repairman, radio promoter, etc. Currently he is co-​owner and chief engineer at legendary Osceola Studios, where he has worked since 2001.
