Vive Pilates + Motion is a boutique Pilates studio located in Raleigh, NC which offers private, semi-private and group Pilates classes including Pilates mat and Pilates apparatus training.
History
Established in 2010.
Vive Pilates + Motion opened in January of 2010 with the mission of being a warm, welcoming place for individuals to come to recharge their minds and their bodies. The owner, Lori Shipp, started Vive because her two passions in life are people and Pilates.

Business Owner
Lori is a 3rd generation Classical Pilates instructor with direct training lineage to Joseph and Clara Pilates. She completed her comprehensive (mat and apparatus) studies under 2nd generation master trainers Marianne Adams and Rebecca Quin.
Additionally, she has trained with Peter Fiasca, Brooke Siler and is completing her advanced teacher training under the mentorship of Kathi Ross Nash.
Lori started Vive because her two passions in life are people and Pilates. She enjoys working with her clients and helping them reach their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and family.
