Worst Customer Service E.V.E.R! Not only did the driver not deliver my package (because as they claim the unit number was not there) Even though it clearly says the name of my business on the package AND on my building. Then, they don’t even bother to send me a notification that my package is sitting in limbo. So when I finally start to wonder why my package didn’t show up and I look through tracking, Of course I can’t get a real person on the phone, so they said they’d call me back… She finally calls back and says «it will be available at 7:30pm but we close at 8pm»…I say «umm (thinking of a question to ask)…*click* she hangs up. Nothing but a busy signal when I try to call back!

I’ve come a few times, but today, in particular, when I was trying to complain about the lack of customer relations, the rep tried to correct me about their services and even READ me what the instructions said when I was actually correct. She then gave me a number to complain to upon request. When she asked for my name, I said you want my ID? She said actually no, I don’t need to know who you are to give you a receipt. How rude of her to say, like I don’t even matter.

Absolutely horrible service here. Be prepared to have your packages undeliverable to your home and shipped back to sender or just plain disappeared.
Driver failed delivery at my home three times last week and instead of placing on Will Call they shipped one package back to sender and lost the other one. Instead of making some calls they tell me to contact the shipper to initiate tracking. Are you serious?
Avoid using UPS if you are in the Raleigh area.

Dear UPS:
I’m sorry your driver is a lazy piece of shit.
I’m sorry that your customer service blows dog balls.
I’m sorry that you’ve gotten so big that you now think that your customers exist for your convenience.
That having been said, when your «account specialist» says to be at a customer «service» center on a Saturday… driving with my own gas… on my own time, I expect the package and not excuses and ghetto attitude.
