Changing the Taste of Wine into an Experience!

We are a local wine bar in North Raleigh that enjoys providing customers with a relaxed atmosphere of wine, food, beer, coffee, and good company. Featuring our self-serve, wine machines with 48 bottles of wine and three different pour sizes, UnCorked truly becomes a wine tasting experience.

With over 300 labels from around the world that are uniquely selected, we pride ourselves on selecting non-traditional labels that are competitively, retailed priced.

We provide casual dinning with a traditional menu created to compliment wine and beer with our own UnCorked twist. Our customer favorite flatbreads are crispy, deliciousness that pleases both the sweet and savory palates.

Twelve, local craft beers on tap that changes with the seasons and ranges from Lagers to IPAs so as to please everyones’ taste. Coffee is locally roatsed by Benelux and makes a great addition for those after dinner desserts.

History

Established in 2009.

Originally opened in 2009 by Tony as a wine shop, UnCorked has now expanded into a Wine & Coffee Café under the new ownership of Janine as of February 2013.

Meet the Business Owner

Janine B.

Business Owner

A South African and a Dutchman walked

into a wine bar…

And decided to buy it! After 10 years of living in Raleigh, we decided to make the investment of owning a business and fell in love with UnCorked. Already a popular local spot, we bought the wine bar with the hopes of keeping the relaxed atmosphere, while putting our own mark on this unique restaurant.

Paul is a physican who devotes his skills to researching for new medicines and diseases. Our daughter and son-in-law, Keta and Steve, own Benelux Coffee and have generously agreed to let us sell their Raleigh roasted beans in our brand new coffee bar. Janine has lived and travelled the world; making her familiar with a variety of wines especially varietals from South Africa and France.

Our goal is to provide our customers with an exclusive wine selection, craft beers, locally roasted coffee, and delicious food. So come have fun and relax with friends and family at UnCorked: Wine & Coffee Café.
