Dr. Cinnamon Claudio believes her goal and focus is on health and well being of her patients, and should be noted that she is only one of two practicing female chiropractors in Eastern Wake County. Proper patient education and complete chiropractic care are packaged to provide effective, safe treatments for most musculoskeletal problems. As a chiropractor with experience and a cutting edge education, she is committed to promoting health and wellness to her patients. She is committed to «do what it takes» to get her patients healthier. I was in an automobile accident and needed treatments for a back injury. Dr. Claudio and staff took excellent care to see that my recovery was both successful and enjoyable. She was very skillful in her craft as well as attentive to any question or concern. The staff was amazing, hospitable, professional, and attentive. I would definitely revisit them if I needed treatments/​adjustments in the future.

Frank’s the best massage therapist you’ll find in this area. He’s kind, thorough, and helpful. I feel like I learn more about how to improve my body’s aches each time I visit. I prefer deep tissue massages and have difficulties finding massage therapists who can meet my needs. However, Frank is spot on with the right amount of pressure before I even ask. I highly recommend getting a massage here.

Worst massage ever! I thought this was going to be relaxing, instead it was a hour long wait to get out of the hospital, these people have no sense of what it means to give a treatment, and I studied Chinese medicine, this does not even compare, avoid avoid avoid!

I’ve been going to Triangle Spine Center for a couple of years now and all I have to say is that Dr. Cinnamon is the best! I suffer from neck and lower back pain and have seen many different chiropractors in the past. Dr. Cinnamon is by far the best. Not only is she a great chiropractor, but she genuinely cares about her patients. The personal touch that she adds is incomparable. The office staff is great too, always very friendly and helpful. Frank is great for massages and is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. The caliber of customer service that the staff at Triangle Spine center provides is above the rest.

Have been getting massages for a long time and think can easily put Frank up towards the top of the list. I was very comfortable the entire time and felt good as new once I was finished. Definitely plan to go back and see him as well as recommend him to folks in need of such care.

I was contacted by this company as they called me as soon as they read my review. They offered me another free massage or my money back as I was obviously not happy. Now that is good customer service I have to say. Since after that call I was travelling to Germany and Singapore, I did not have time to go back for another massage which I most probably will now that I am back. Then I will give another update.

My wife set me up for a massage with Frank today and it was just what I needed. First off, Frank was very knowledgable and attentive making sure that the pressure was not too much during times when working out some of the knots I had. Great masseuse and I will definitely be back to see him! Entire staff was warm and welcoming and I look forward to future visits.

Wow! I’m don’t usually take the time to do reviews, surveys or anything off the sort but I will tell you that with all the doctors I’ve seen for consistent back pain and headaches, my visits to see Dr. Claudio and Frank have been better than ANY other. I felt compelled to let others know of this best kept secret in Brier Creek. Let me first say, they ALL are the most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional group of individuals. They are always able to accommodate my CrAzY schedule and not only do they care for me but they also care for my son (basketball player), my nephew (mover that always carries huge heavy items) and my husband! We are ALL absolutely more than satisfied with their services and look forward to it visits cause when we leave we know we are going to feel brand new! Last I will say is that it was with their help that I was able to continue to physically train my body in order to compete in a body building competition. The adjustments, the massages… it all played a critical part in my journey to the stage and I’m proud to say that at age 47, I won — NO WE WON! 1st place Master Class 40+ AND overall bikini (beat out a 21 y/​o and 2nd place to a 26 y/​o) it took a team and as far as I’m concerned, I have a winning team with the Triangle Spine Center!

I won a free massage at Triangle Spine so I decided to give it a try. The first appointment included a cursory exam by Dr. Claudio and a brief discussion of my shoulder pains. Dr. Claudio then briefed Frank, the massage therapist on my condition and specific areas to work on. I felt that was very valuable and truly helped to get to work on what I most needed. I had several more massages after the initial and, over time, I saw improvement in my rotator cuff pains. Frank is a skilled massage therapist and the deep tissue work I received was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the facility was always clean. It was easy to make and change my appointments.

Frank is the best massage therapist ever! I have been getting massages for years and Frank’s skills are unsurpassed. Please bring the correct cash for a tip as the front desk does not maintain funds to break bills.
Did not have the need to see Cinnamon Claudio. But did I say, FRANK IS GREAT!

A couple weeks back I had terrible lower back pain and had to leave work first thing in the morning. I was going to a different chiropractor office but decided to try Triangle Spine Center instead. I made an appointment right after work and came in for a check up and a massage. Frank did an amazing massage and right away some of the pain went away.
I have been going there for about a month now for massages and adjustments. The terrible pain I felt the first day I walked into the office is now minimal.
I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and focused on making you feel better and live a life without pain. Back pain is the worst and limits you from doing many things (bending down to pick something up, sleeping normally). I’m glad I found Triangle Spine Center.

After seeing the couple of doctors at the Brier Creek location for over 18 months, there was no end in sight. The plan was always to come back EVERY week. I had no real increase in pain, but there was no significant decrease even with all the treatment.
The office staff changed so many times over my time with them that it’s clear that something is off with management. (Dr. Alan was always very nice and helpful, but he seems to not have much respect from the staff although I wasn’t sure why.) Although I set-​up appointments for a specific time, I frequently waited 30 – 45 minutes longer past to get in.
Also, my insurance changed in the 2nd year from a set amount each visit to a % and a deductible. However, the staff never seemed to have any idea how much I owed at each visit (so I paid what they suspected was a reasonable amount) and despite my asking EVERY week for an update it took almost 2 months for them to tell me I had underpaid almost $ 200. This was the end of my visits. With so little organization and so much confusion at every turn, it made me question if my therapy was solid too.
I found a new practice. I have been going for just over 2 months, and he’s already shifted me from a couple days a week to once a week and now down to every 2 weeks. I feel great. I wish I knew how bad this practice was long ago, but since it was my first ever visit to a chiropractor, I had no idea.

I have been seeing chiropractors over the years for shoulder and back pain related to childhood injuries. When I first visited Dr. Ed I felt like he had a good treatment plan established. With each visit it seemed he forgot more and more about what he told me his plan was. After just 3 weeks I was just another patient on the table and I felt like he wasn’t helping at all.
