Great Service !!! Very prompt, professional and courteous. Have used this company in the past. Took time to teach us and answer all of our questions about our new system. Very happy with this company. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend !!!

Do no EVER do business with these people. We paid them in full when they came to our house for a service call and they lost the record of our payment. They took parts to be repaired and then had no record of what they had taken and claimed to have not taken any parts. After supposedly clearing up the payment issue ONE YEAR later they are once again claiming we never paid them. After all of this AND several hundred dollars, we still have the original issue with our intercom system. I have tried to be patient in dealing with them, but this is ridiculous. We heard absolutely nothing from them for over a year and we suddenly got a letter saying we hadn’t paid them and that they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. I tried calling to resolve the issue, sure that she would remember we had been through this over a year ago and started back into the same circular discussion. Stay FAR FAR away!
