Pretty good Dr and service while there. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Now the one star reason.
Was prescribed a special medicine that was not accepted by my insurance without a special form. One week later they have not responded to multiple requests to help. No word from them on it nothing nada zilch zero. Meanwhile here I sit with no medicine. Looks like I am going to have to go to the office and resolve this in person.
