History
Established in 2013.
I started The Virtual Coworker because I saw a need for the types of services I am offering when I was employed with various companies in the pharmaceutical and engineering industries. I noticed that they all had one thing in common; and that one thing was backlog. Backlog continued to pile up due to the fact that there were not enough resources to focus on clearing the backlog because everyone stayed busy with the current work that was steadily coming in. This is a major issue with a simple solution; The Virtual Coworker. We can come in only when you need us to manage, scan, file (paper or electronic) and organize these documents. We help make your life easier by helping you clear up the backlog and stay ahead so that you can stay organized.

My name is Marica Smalls and I am the owner and operator of The Virtual Coworker. I am located in Raleigh NC. I have over 12 years of experience in the services that I am offering. I have worked as a Quality Compliance Associate, Support Specialist as well as a Document Control Manager. Much of my experience was gained by working with Fortune 500 companies. I take great care of my clients and look forward to exceeding your expectations!
