I have extensive knowledge of store merchandising, operations, and retail management practices and procedures. I’m a strong leader and have great organizational skills. Also the ability to analyze information, identify root causes and develop/​implement approved solutions. Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to communicate and get the job done. Design in Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Marketing. I help with Notary Service, Printing, Business Services, Resumes, Presentations, Mailbox Rentals, US Postal services, binding, laminating, freight, Packing & Shipping.

Christine needs intensive customer service training! Every time I’ve been in there to ship a package, she has rolled her eyes, been short with me, and copped an attitude. The owner is a great guy, but Christine clearly needs a new job elsewhere. Please reevaluate your staff!

I was shipping several chairs out of state. I asked for a price to get an ok from the person paying the bill. The woman told me it would be $ 400, which seemed high to me but was approved by my customer. When I went to pay, the woman then told me it would be $ 475! I didn’t want to go back for another approval, so it cost me $ 75. Courteous and patient service, but you need to be clear about the price you tell your customers. Not going back.

The service was so wonderful, I wanted to cry! This isn’t my usual UPS store (the other location is also wonderful), however, this particular day (a rainy Saturday), I was meeting some friends on this side of town and needed to ship a package. The associate was so pleasant and courteous, and she took her time with me (there were about three others waiting in line), while multitasking (assisting others). I was so appreciative of her professionalism! On that following Monday/​Tuesday, I went back to the store to return an item. Once again, she was just as wonderful as she was on the previous Saturday (along with her other co-​workers). WOW, is all I can say. When you receive such wonderful service, I believe it’s worth mentioning! Thank you! Happy Holidays!

I have been there multiple times to drop off packages and just recently started using them to pack and ship. They are very nice really helpful. They offer services for free just to put you at ease. Just make sure you know what you can and cant ship.

I came into this store to ship a package with a prepaid label. I did not have packing tape at home so I had to use scotch tape. The lady at the desk was VERY polite! She had a welcoming smile on her face and taped my box up correctly for free! She also gave me a card a 10% off discount and a card where I get to save money every time I visit. Great service! Need to ship a package? Come here!
