History

Established in 1997.

The Peck Law Firm began as a residential real estate, commercial real estate and business law practice in 1997. Since that time we have developed significant experience and expertise in many types of business transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Franchising, Product and Software Licensing, Drafting and Negotiating Contracts, Intellectual Property. However, our transactional skills and experience in connection with retail, office, and flex space leasing, as well as our work with many local commercial lenders and brokers has made our Commercial Real Estate practice one of the best in the triangle.
