History
Established in 1991.
Talis Management Group, Inc was formed in 1991 by a merger of two leading Triangle community association management firms, Ross Taylor Management, Inc. and Southlantic Management, Inc.
Southlantic was incorporated in 1982 and was involved with both association and apartment rental management. The company’s primary focus was townhomes, condominiums and apartment communities (attached housing).
Ross Taylor was formed in 1985 and concentrated on single family (detached) association management and developer consultation for newly planned communities.
Today we have the privilege of serving over 140 communities throughout the Triangle representing over 30,000 homes.

Business Owner
Velvet Rattelade served as President of the chapter for the first two terms and David served one term as President in 1993. Talis Management Group is one of only 130 nationally accredited management firms in the country.
