I love this store! First time Nana, got to help set up daughter for cloth diapering for her boy. The staff are great! Very helpful and never rush you!
They have, of course, everything you need for cloth diapering, as well as toys, natural products for hair/​teeth/​etc. I love some of the toys! And so does my grand-​son!
Even if you’re not into cloth diapering, check this place out! Baby carriers, food and drink containers, essential oils, laundry soap and aids, swim diapers, and more!

Heard good things about this place from a friend. Wanted to see if they had decent baby slings/​wraps, so we dropped by. Well, they did, but the prices are simply ridiculous. I’m not a cheap person in the least, but when I find a product marked up the way they are here, I simply won’t purchase.
The idea is that it’s «green» and «eco-​friendly» but there is a line that I won’t cross for simply falling into that category. Won’t be back.

I was recommended to this store by a friend for an amber necklace. My first visit was nice. Every one was warm and welcoming. I had many questions about their cloth diapers as I was expanding my collection. Came back a second time for more cloth diapers and wet bag for dirty diapers. Before this visit some one had shared a negative situation they experienced here. I was very surprised considering my visit. I even suggested this person speak to Fatima about the experience and issue they had. However when we arrived the second time it felt like staff was more airy and not as interested. The service was not as welcoming. I even felt as if I was interrupting them. I asked questions about what I was purchasing. Specifically I asked about the wet bag and it’s ability to contain smell. I like the brand I was currently using but interested in the shape of this one. We made our purchase and when I got home immediately prepared my diapers and bag for use. This bag was my second dirty diaper bag but the clerk assured me it would work same or similar to my other from a different brand. With only 2 urine diaper pads inside my husband was commenting from the stairs on the smell. Today I took it back to the store, with in return policy guide lines. I didn’t expect my money back but thought they would allow me to exchange it. The clerk there today immediately declined but with more conversation offered to call store manager. I guess it turns out Fatima is store manager. She told the clerk the same as what she had already informed me. They can not take it back but I could call the company who made it bc I had used the product. My questions were 1. How would I know the product didn’t work if I didn’t try to use it? 2. Do you not stand behind the products you sell? As I have read a review on here saying they backed their products 100%. Needless to say I got again another apology and talk of them being a small boutique… Well I come from a small business family. Losing a little bit to show the customer you stand for them and care about their money and satisfactory is the way you keep business. Not saying well you bought it (from us) it’s your problem now. She even let me know the company doesn’t like when they call them. Well then maybe that’s a company you shouldn’t sell in your store. I know first hand companies will be happy to help the vender selling their product. But what do I know. I am just the customer. I am however a customer that will likely not come back, specially if I can find product else where and will be sharing my story and the other experience as well with people bc I think you should know the risk of losing your money.
I will say I gave them a 2 bc I had also purchased an amber necklace that the clasp cracked and after a phone call she was willing to trade that out bc it was specifically damaged.

Correct there were no options to choose scents. I didn’t even think about that during the purchase. I still maintain that there was an image and that «NOT FOR SALE» was not there. It was not a google search that led me there it was an option on the site to view items in price categories. I was not trying to receive it for free I was trying to pay the price listed which was $ 1 per sample.

I have now been here several times and can’t find a single thing I’d complain about. The staff are definitely the highlight of this business… they are all SUPER helpful to those of us brand new to the cloth diaper scene. I’ve been able to ask anything without feeling stupid for doing so, and they have always taken the time to thoroughly answer my questions and give advice. I even got a prefold folding lesson one day. They have a wide array of cloth diapers to choose from, as well as natural soaps, detergents, cleansers, baby/​toddler toys, etc. You will only find quality products here that they stand by 100%. I have also ordered from them online and it was a smooth and easy process.

What can I say. With the birth of our baby my wife and I ran through the whole mix of cloth diapers and are currently dealing with some side effects of ultra HE washer and dryers and very soft well water.
The team here knows their stuff and I have no doubt together we’ll find the right mix of products to solve our problems.
The store is sparse but that is due in large part to their massive amount of square footage rather than lack of product.
Their product selection is very good spanning all ranges of price points and desires.
I have heard they run classes in the training room in the store where they show the differences in all the varieties of cloth diapers.
They also run a buyers club where 10% of your total pre tax purchases of the previous 6 visits is given to you as store credit. Also we’ve never left without some sort of freebie to test out.

I really do like shopping at Sweet Bottoms for my ‘crunchy’ mom stuff. I don’t cloth diaper, but I do love everything on the right side of the store — they have great wooden toys, blankets, amber teething necklaces, natural bath products… pretty much everything I could want for my little guy. Their merchandise can be pricey, but I don’t believe they price it any higher than you would get it at another boutique baby store — it’s the nature of their products. I haven’t had a chance to attend any of their classes or baby-​wearing meetings, but I did attend the Great Latch On there and it was a very welcoming environment.
Sometimes service can be a little spotty. Mainly because they can get pretty busy depending on when you go in, and the wait can be a while. But their online ordering with in-​store pickup and even local delivery is really great. They also have a great selection of products that can be limited elsewhere, like Aden and Anais blankets. They usually have some prints that may be sold out or HTF… so I always like to check their display wall.
I also wish they had a little more variety of wraps and carriers for sale, but again, I haven’t been to their baby wearing meetings so maybe the bulk of those items are sold/​exchanged via that group.
Overall, a great, local store that I’m happy to shop over Babies R Us, any day!

Went in again tonight to get some cloth diapers for a family friend’s baby shower this weekend. I am not experienced with cloth diapering, but man did the lady working there know her stuff! She was able to help us navigate and lead us to exactly what we needed.
She also really helped me select a new carrier for my 8 month old. She helped us try them on and really show me how to wear them correctly — all the features and everything. She was so informative! I was able to select a carrier with confidence. I really appreciate her spending the time to help me find the one that was best for me and my body.
Still not a huge fan of their return policy (100% store credit, 90% cash back), but I’ve also never had to take anything back…
If you are looking for someone to show you the ropes of cloth diapers or carriers — come here ladies!

Always a great experience when shopping here– staff is helpful and friendly, and store is large and organized.
I actually came here when I first started the journey of cloth-​diapering my son– so I guess I owe that to them, too! I came in so overwhelmed (enough to want to bolt out of the store) with all of the different brands/​types of cloth diapers, but the employee was SO helpful and took the time to go through every type of diaper/​brand and give her personal recommendations.
Prices are very competitive, and although their return policy isn’t desirable, you probably won’t leave without being fully satisfied. Also, if you join their rewards program, you’re eligible for a certain percentage back on a store credit card after a certain amount of purchases (not sure of the specific details, make sure you ask!).
While they mainly cater to the cloth diapering crowd, they also carry a wide variety of other baby products, such as natural toys, car seats, crocheted hats, etc. so make sure you take the time to check them out!

I have not visited this store in person, but I have shopped online. Beth, the owner of the store, is super friendly and very quick to respond to emails! When I purchased some Kawaii Baby diaper covers with faulty snaps, she offered some ideas on how to fix them, and when that didn’t work, she sent me some replacements free of charge. Excellent customer service — I would shop here again!

Our family visited Sweet Bottoms today to explore the world of cloth diapers. I went in knowing some information, but I really wanted to get an overview of all of the cloth diaper options. We need cloth diapers that both mom and dad feel comfortable working with. Fatimah welcomed us into the store and walked us through all of the various types of cloth diapers. She has first-​hand experience with cloth diapering, and it definitely showed! My husband and I were both impressed with her knowledge and customer focused attitude. Needless to say, Fatimah and the store exceeded our expectations!
I went in thinking we’d be going with pocket diapers, as this type was recommended by several friends. However after weighing all the options and the information provided to us by the store staff, we went with the two in ones. They seemed to meet our family’s needs better than the other types. Their prices are competitive, but we’d support this store regardless based on the fantastic experience we had! Go Local!

Wife and I went to Sweetbottoms today to buy just a few cloth diapers to give them a shot, but instead we walked out with the entire store… Ok not the entire store but 12 shells and 24 inserts…
Why??? Simply the young lady that helped us was fantastic and very helpful. Fatimah spent 30 minutes walking through the three types of cloth diapers and brands in each category. We ended up going with the 2-​in-​1 diaper, when we didn’t even know they existed. They are almost end like a disposable, but cloth… You can’t beat it.
She was extremely knowledgable, gave us tips on how to prepare the diapers before use, how to care for them, storage, etc…
The prices are extremely competitive even against the online giants… Support local and green!!!

I have not been into the physical store, but I buy all my diapers through the sweetbottoms baby website, and I have been thrilled with my experience. The owner gives terrific customer service, working with you to answer questions and make the experience as simple as possible. Shipping is free to US addresses, and her prices are competitive with major distributors on all the diapers I’ve bought, despite being a small store. Her service is friendly and prompt, and she dealt generously with the one order error we’ve experienced.
I love supporting small businesses who value the customer experience, and this is definitely one of those businesses! I can’t wait to visit the store in person.

Everything I know about supplies for a baby would fit in the period at the end of this sentence. (Hyperbole is awesome.) With that said, Sweet Bottoms is probably the cutest store I’ve visited in some time. It’s focus is on green, natural, and eco-​friendly products. If your preference is for cloth diapers, you can get information about delivery and this store stocks a lot of cloth diaper accessories. The diaper snap coverings come in a big range of patterns and colors and you can probably coordinate your outfit with your baby’s.
If you want baby toys, there are a few, made of natural wood and fibers, but this didn’t really seem to be a baby toy store, but more of a baby fashion store for those still in diapers and up through potty training.
They carry all in ones and all in twos, baby carriers, and lotions and soaps for your baby. For some reason, I found the name «Booty Balm» funny and found myself on the receiving end of a raised eyebrow or two when I started to laugh. I don’t see how anyone can come into this store and not be amazed and charmed, in equal parts. It’s one of those «how cute is this» stores.
I can’t say whether it’s an expensive store, because I have no frame of reference, but I can say, unequivocally, it’s an interesting store.
