I purchased the orchard chicken salad. NO apples in it. So SICK of these franchise owners who will do anything to save a dime. They know very well that once I drag it home and find the apples missing that I’m not going to drag it back and complain. Enjoy the 5 bucks it’s the last you get from me. There is a Jimmy John’s close by and my sandwich is ALWAYS perfect.

A little difficult to get in and out of parking lot and parking is limited. Staff is always friendly and the food has been consistently good quality for us. This is a good location to stop and get a sandwich to take to Pullen Park or other outdoor areas.

Subways are pretty much the same all over the world. That’s why I love em. The food’s good not great, but I know whether I’m in the city, or the middle of nowhere West Virginia, or the Cabo San Lucas airport, a Subway club is a Subway club. unless you go to this Subway on Peace St. I’ve had the club 500 times in my life and it’s made the same. This one skimps on the meats to save money. I asked them why they did it, they said each Subway can make it any way they want. It wasn’t them being cheap that bugged me so much, it was the way he argued with me after I asked about it. I will reward them by never returning.

Subway is Subway is Subway, right? Wrong. This Subway is the perfect example of a poorly run franchise. Employees will all giggle/yell at each other in spanish in front of the customers, then begrudgingly turn around to find out what you, the customer, might want on your sandwich. The employees here aren’t «sandwich artists,» like Subway wants them to be. They are simply putting parts together. Most of the ingredients taste the same, as they all come out of the same distribution center. Subway is the largest produce buyer in the country… However, the things they are in control of are awful. The bread is much doughier than a normal Subway. Really just an awful experience all around. Oh, and I forgot to mention, but their prices here are higher than any Subway I’ve ever been to. Trying to park can be a nightmare.

This is the absolute worst Subway I’ve ever been to. They make sloppy sandwiches as if they’ve never been trained properly. I keep going back, hoping I’ll finally get someone who knows how to make a decent sandwich. It’s like they don’t care. They smoosh the bread when they cut it, throw on the ingredients, put on globs of condiment instead of spreading it smoothly, and cut/bag it in a huge mess. I’ve been here at least 10 times, and every time without fail has been a letdown. They just don’t care about making a decent sandwich. I wish there was another Subway on my way home from work.
