I woke up to a died iPhone 6. Took it to this store they said take it to the Apple Store. I’ve only had it 6 months. They didn’t even care they just want to push their responsibility off on someone else. I will be contacting the home office. They were no help at all.

I have been here several times to get my phone worked on. They were my go-to place for a long time, then after a couple of bad repair jobs I quit going there. I took my HTC phone into the store because the touch screen was not working correctly. So they replaced the screen. But when they replaced the screen they left tons of dust under the screen, plus they didn’t assemble the phone back correctly. There were huge gaps in the seams. I took the phone back, and they worked on it again. When they gave me the phone back I was told that they were not responsible for putting the phone back together correctly after they take it apart, and they don’t always go back together once you take them apart. My thing is, if you can’t get the phone back together like you found it, then you are not qualified to take it apart. I had to take my phone to a Sprint owned store to get my phone working right. That was the last time I been to the store. I have been with them through ownership changes, but once the employees kept turning over, the quality of work went away. Too bad since they were only a mile from my house. Now I drive to Cary.
