I went in for an oil change for the first time. I was 2nd in line on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm and they had 4 technicians working. The service was pretty quick (a little more than 30 mins) but the package called for vacuuming and window cleaning which was partially done. Front floor was vacuumed but not rear and the windows weren’t cleaned. From past experience, I always open the hood to make sure they put on the lid and found oil spilled all around the fill hole and the windshield washer top left off.
So bottom line is they do a quick job but they don’t seem to take care in doing it completely. It makes me wonder if the fuel injector cleaner that was supposed to be put into the gas tank was actually done.
Recommended for a quick oil change but make sure you watch over them while they do it.

I’ve been taking my truck to these guys for years. Here lately, they’ve turned me away from the service work I’ve needed. Last time they couldn’t do a tire rotation and today, they were unable to perform a state inspection. If you’re going to stay in business, you should at least be able to perform the work that you advertise.

When I went back for my hub cap on the very same day that I had my tires rotated, they claimed I must not have had the hubcap when I arrived.
So I pointed out another hubcap that was not properly attached to the wheel.
The manager kicked the wheel to smash it into place.

Great place to do oil changes & minor repairs. I have been a long time customer since 2008. This is the place to go if you want a no nonsense oil change service. These guys dont try to force other services down your throat like J lube does. I recently brought in my new-​to-​me Lexus for a synthetic oil change. Upon arrival they noticed my car didnt have the proper amount of oil in it due to a bad drain plug. They had replacement plugs in house & it only cost me $ 5 extra. They also do brakes, radiator flushes & other repairs. Online coupons & mail coupons are routinely available. Just good, honest work, nuff said.

I don’t write many reviews, but I feel like this place deserves some attention. I have had some pretty bad experiences with Oil Change facilities in the past. I pulled in for an Amsoil oil change (Which I would highly recommend if you love your car), an inspection, a tire plug, and a tire rotation. I expected to be there for an hour or more… I was in and out in 30 min or less. The courteous staff lived up to the name.

Spring Forest rd SpeeDee guys are great! In and out service every time I’ve been. Lobby is super clean and free wifi– which is refreshing if you do have to wait. We take our daughters car here to get maintenance. Staff very friendly and helpful. I went to SpeeDee once and needed help with an issue I was having with my battery and one of the guys came over and fixed it at no charge, which was testament to me they are an honest shop. 5 stars.

These guys know what they’re doing, great customer service! I don’t trust just any mechanic with my Benz. They took care of everything I needed, brakes, synthetic oil change, and AC recharge. Prices were great, and it was done in a timely manner. I’m new to the area and have found my new mechanic, phew!

I went in to see why my AC wasn’t working: I waited an hour and all they did was put a can of freon in and charged me $ 112. The AC went out two days later and when I called they told me the AC repair guy world call me back which he never did. Do not recommend!

I was due for an oil change and found these guys through Unilocal.I pulled in and asked the friendly attendant for an oil change and tire rotation. About 20 minutes later one of the mechanics asked me to come outside and take a look my car. He said both the air filters were dirty and recommended I change them. He also recommended a fuel injector cleaning. I’m always skeptical when it comes to car repair services but I asked him to price it up if I got everything he recommended done. He gave me a slight discount for everything and I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and have everything done.
When it came to pay, I used a Unilocal voucher I had purchased. They were totally confused on how to apply the deal but eventually figured it out. I’m still not sure if I needed all the things I purchased (especially after reading online that most consider the fuel injector cleaning to be unnecessary). However, they seemed genuine and I didn’t hear them trying to upsell to everyone. I plan on going back for my next car inspection and oil change!

I would definitely recommend them for oil changes, brake work, alignment, and things of that nature.

Finding a trustworthy place to take my car can sometimes be a chore since I know little about how my car works, just that when it doesn’t, it is no fun.
My first trip to SpeeDee was great, a standard oil change. It was a good price, fast and everyone was super friendly. The gentleman did suggest that I get some sort of fluid changed and that I probably shouldn’t wait to long. I declined and was on my way.
For my next oil change, I went somewhere else because I had a coupon, and it was terrible. Rude employees, dirty waiting room etc. I remembered my experience with SpeeDee and regretted not going there instead.
Recently, I needed another oil change, so to SpeeDee I went. I was again greeted quickly and graciously and they took in my car. A little while later, a familiar looking man came out and told me I needed my transmission fluid flushed and showed me what the fluid was supposed to look like. It was really bad.
He reminded me that the last time I was there they had mentioned it, but that it really couldn’t wait any longer. He remembered me from 6 + months earlier, that is impressive.
These guys are trustworthy, fast and excellent at what they do. I now go here for all my car needs and I never have to worry.

I’m always wary about quick oil change places, but Speedee has been alright the times I’ve gone there. My biggest complaint with places like this is just wanting an oil change and then having them try to sell you on repairing a whole bunch of other stuff. Haven’t had this issue at Speedee. The guys working there are friendly, and assuming there aren’t too many folks in front of you make sure the oil change lives up to the name of the place. It isn’t the cheapest quick oil change (although you can sometimes find a coupon for them), but for the hassle free environment I think it’s worth it.

Dropped by last weekend because my «check engine» light came on. I told Armando what was going on, and he checked everything on my car for about an hour. Finally, he called me over to my car and told me that he checked everything, and the only thing he could find was my gas cap was a little loose — which can trigger the engine light b/​c of loose fumes.
I got out my wallet to pay him, but he insisted for me to just go – which completely shocked me since most places try to get your money any way they can. You can trust everyone at Speedee. This is the only place I will ever go to for car maintenance! :-)
