The actual installation was okay. I had to make a couple of small adjustments to the downspouts but it was no problem. However, they threw my old gutters underneath the deck behind my home. After the gutter installation I realized I had a problem with water backing up underneath my shingles causing a water leak. I called Southern Gutter to have them help me rectify this by re-​orienting the gutters in a different way as well as add one more gutter to the side of my garage. I was told that they were not interested in helping me in any way, even if I paid extra. I assume all this business wants to do is roll out some gutters and call it a day. Once that is done, you are on your own. I gave this business a number of opportunities to do the right thing. They failed in customer service in every way.
