Marta has been in the food business for 20 yrs. in every role, from dish washing to waitress hostess, manager, cook, bartender, catering, banquet set up and server, has owned concession business, as well as restaurants she will not serve anything she will not eat and truly understand the importance of cleanliness, and customer service as well as good food! come in and you will see all three of these categories in play.
