Today I tried to give the briar creek location another chance. But I guess they don’t want my business. I went in to purchase apple for my staff for a Christmas party totaling 60 plus dollars these apple are for different people so I wanted them boxed separately which I have had done many times but today they want to charge me .50 per box (which I’ve never been charged before) so they chose to lose 60.00 in sales over 3 dollars for boxes which they give away all the time. I will NEVER go back to any of your locations again an I will tell everyone I know to never buy from you because of your terrible customer service… Thanks for nothing Sean 12/​22/​2015

Read the older reviews and doubted whether we’d get treated well there. However, we decided to give them a chance since we were in the area.
First, the store is under new ownership with a much better crew.
Service and product were first rate. Store now opens at 10 AM instead of 11:30.

the sweets were amazing of course however the customer service today was absolutely ridiculous. Not only did the girl see me waiting at the counter to be attended to she proceeded to microwave and decorate several apples before even acknowledging my existence for about 3 minutes she was extremely rude AND condescending to my mother who was excited to try the sweets I raved about for weeks. Then while talking about the horrible service amongst ourselves the customers in front of us (about 2 or 3) overheard and elaborated about her terrible experience and that she was rude to them as well. Example: when one of the ladies asked to switch out an apple the employee flat out told her «NO». Nevertheless, i have family coming down to visit soon who couldn’t wait to try the sweets but I will NOT be bringing them to this location. I will go above and beyond to stop people from coming to this location until something is done.

Disappointed would be an understatement. When I walked in the young girl working did not acknowledge me whatsoever. I browsed for about five minutes. Since I was being completely ignored I contemplated walking out, but I decided I wanted to buy some chocolate. I acknowledge the sales girl with a friendly hello in which she responded kindly with her back turned. She completed what she was doing before addressing once again. I bought two pieces of chocolate, a milk and a dark chocolate covered caramel. Two small stale pieces for $ 5. They were horrible. The chocolate tasted cheap and flavorless and the caramel was hard gross. I would’ve preferred Russell Stovers to that anyday !

Went in after seeing the sign and thinking, «mmm chocolate.» We got milk chocolate assorted chocolates sold by weight including pecan clusters, ‘seafoam’ (some sort of specialty chocolate the salesperson said they were known for but could not explain what it was), and graham crackers.
Pros: Large selection – from chocolate-​covered apples to gift baskets to truffles.
Cons: I did not think the chocolate was anything extraordinary. A little expensive.
Basically, I prefer Godiva for store-​bought chocolates.

Good shop but be prepared to spend more for chocolate here. Small store that also offers ice cream and baked goods. Most of the chocolate is sold by weigh ($ 15 or more per lb.) Great if you don’t mind splurging on sweets.
