Our firm’s founder, Patrick Roberts, previously served as Assistant District Attorney in three North Carolina counties. Mr. Roberts gained extensive felony and misdemeanor trial experience as a prosecutor. We have over 45 combined years of legal experience, including all aspects of the criminal defense process.

History

Established in 2007.

The criminal defense attorneys at the Roberts Law Group, PLLC, have extensive criminal law experience and have defended individuals charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes throughout North Carolina. The firm has achieved successful results for many clients and provide an aggressive, intelligent criminal defense.

Patrick Roberts is a former prosecutor who served in three North Carolina counties prior to founding the Roberts Law Group. He has defended clients on a wide range of criminal offenses ranging from sex offenses and Internet crimes to drug offenses and theft of property defense.
