Rob Jenkins, owner of Residential Property Improvements, Inc. «Over 30 years ago, I began working my summers as a carpenter helping on large custom homes and have not looked back. We are not afraid to make the big structural changes to make the job right, we create plans and work with a licensed structural engineer or an architect depending on the job. My passion for my work not only shows on my face, but it shows on the numerous jobs I have completed in the Triangle area. It’s important to me that the job be completed so that the addition blends with the original structure. This mindset combined with my constant professionalism and on-​the-​job presence keeps me in business and keeps my clients more than happy.»
