Raleigh Window Tinting

I had my car tinted at this place a few weeks ago. The car looked good, with the exception of a few minor bubbles and a squiggly line one drivers door. After waiting the five days I rolled down the windows. A crack, and more bubbles appeared on the passenger side window. I called them to make an appointment and asked if they were open on weekends, since I do work. But no, the front desk girl tells me they don’t do warranty work on weekends, God forbid they help customers who have already paid them 200 dollars.(Nope, that day is just for the new money.) So now, I have to time out of my work week to make it convenient for THEM (should be the other way around!) when I made it to them a few days later I showed the «front desk girl» what windows are a problem and she decides that only one window needs it, and the other one needs 30 days to dry. which I know is wrong, and will have to waste more of my time going back. I would never ever give them money to do anything ever again. However, I will be going back in 30 days once it’s all completely «dry», I want to see what the «front desk girl» has to say then, when it still looks like crap.

I had my car detailed today. I just bought Clorox wipes to clean the interior. I’ve had my car detailed before. I could’ve gotten a better job at autobell.

While the business is named Raleigh Window Tinting, it also offers car washing and waxing. I took a car that had not received car care in a few years to get cleaned. They did a wash and wax service and the car looked so much better. Service was at a reasonable price and done in a timely manner.

Very rude estimate person he was a taller white guy. I explained my budget to him and he stated «if you want a regular job done we don’t do that here».

The customer service was very friendly and the owner of the shop tinted a window (not a car window, a regular house window) for me at cost for a school project. Very friendly and fair pricing, highly recommended.

A year or two ago, I would have rated this much, much higher. I have had 6 cars tinted at this shop over the last few years. My most recent experience guaranteed that I won’t be back.
I bought a new car and like every good money wasting american immediately needed to spend more money to have the windows tinted. I called this shop, and made an appointment that would only require me to skip out of work about a half hour early. I show up to my appointment and am told there was a computer crash. All of the appointment info is gone. The only guy who can do my back window has left. Being a normal human being, I understand. The gentleman I talked to offers to meet me bright and early the following morning to help make it right. This will put me out of work another few hours, but I need it done. I agree to meet him at the shop at 8am. At 8:15 he’s a no show. I get on the phone, call up another tint shop, and they offer yo work me in. I’m writing this review from their waiting room.
The prices aren’t better than the other shops in the area. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
