Raleigh Towing & Recovery

When my stolen car was recovered, Raleigh Tow and Recovery was the company that ended up taking the car to their lot. If you have to get a car back from them, good luck. Though they list themselves as «24÷7», do not be fooled. We arrived and no one was at their office. Upon calling, we found out that all drivers were our, but would be back after a couple of hours. A couple of hours later we called back, and we were told there were drivers nearby but they still won’t be back for a few hours. We came quite a ways to get to Raleigh and it is frustrating to not be able to get my car. Make sure you call ahead if you need to get your car back, and don’t leave your house until they confirm someone is actually there! Terrible customer service.

My husband and I were pulling out of Rex hospital as I was just discharged after a weeks stay for going into preterm labor. We didnt even get a mile from the hospital and our SUV broke down. We called Raleigh Towing because thats who our mecahnics shop recommended. My husband told the dispatch lady that he had a pregnant wife in the car and we were sitting on the side of the highway. She said «I’ll have someone out ASAP» she meant it! Much to my surprise the tow truck arrived within a half hour. Highly recommend Raleigh Towing

These guys were professional, fast, kind, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.
My experience started with the friendly voice who answered the phone. I was stressed and overwhelmed because my car was broken down and I was facing large repair costs… I called a few other places before I called Raleigh Towing & Recovery. When I called other places I was greeted by gruff, irritated voices. So when I called this service, it was a welcome change to hear a friendly female voice. Her empathetic demeanor sold me– I didn’t call anyone else.
The tow man (I wish I got his name), was punctual and quickly loaded my car up! The driver did some jaw-​dropping/​fancy maneuvering to put my car into a crowded shop lot– I was VERY impressed with his driving and safety skills.
I won’t go into details but the driver also modeled EXCELLENT customer service skills by advocating for me in a messy situation with a repair shop.
I don’t want to have to have my car towed again, but if I ever do, Raleigh Towing & Recovery on Navaho Drive in Raleigh is who I’ll call.
