The interior of the store is a messy hodgepodge of stuff and the person working there (who identified himself as an owner) was lackadaisical at best. I was there to rent a 9′ U-​Haul van. The initial paperwork indicated the van had a fill tank of gas, and I was told this orally as well. I drove 26 miles in total, and when I refilled at the end it needed 6.5 gallons ($ 16.96). This equals 4 miles per gallon; the U-​Haul site says it gets 16 miles per gallon. Would have been happy getting reimbursed for half of what I spent on gas, but person working there (same as in the morning) just had no interest in being helpful or accommodating. I can’t comment on them as far as renting mail boxes or shipping things, but would certainly not return to rent a U-​Haul vehicle.
FOLLOW-​UP: I did receive a credit card refund of $ 10 initiated by a regional U-​Haul manager. So kudos to U-​Haul corporate.

These guys helped me unload a Uhaul after I moved from Boston. I had to push the move time back due to inclement weather and an unexpected delay in Boston. And then, I had to cancel them completely and ask them to move to a different day when I realized we would be arriving after midnight. They were so communicative and forgiving, didn’t expect a cancellation fee and helped me move in at 7 AM on Sunday morning before church. Now that is customer service! They had the whole truck unloaded and all furniture in place by 9 AM. It was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. They don’t answer the office phone as much as I would have liked, but once he gave me his cell phone number, we were in constant contact. I was probably a total nightmare to work with but they totally bailed me out and got me settled into my place the morning after I arrived even though they don’t usually work Sundays. Awesome company!

We use this place to rent Uhaul trucks when we need them. They have always been friendly, fast and accommodating. We rented a truck last minute and technically they didn’t have one but were able to find and give us one as long as we returned it before the next customer needed it. It really helped us out!
Haven’t used their pack and ship services but imagine they are top notch at that as well. I will update my review in the future if and when I use those services.
