Quick Lube

I was driving my girls car one day and discovered a tire of hers going flat. I ended up at Quick Lube and they did a phenomenal job. They met me at the car and took it right in. Before I blinked they had the tire off, were checking it out, and quickly determined that I just needed a new valve stem. The guy who was taking care of the car was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m a fan!
I guess you’re wondering then, why I gave only 3 stars. Well let me tell you about the cashier girl. The guy told me it’s only gonna be 2 or 3 bucks for the stem and that’s all they would charge. The cashier overheard and and started giving him some SERIOUS attitude about how it’s gonna be $ 13 due to labor as well. Her tone and attitude gave me the impression that I must have done something wrong to her. I swear, I started to get a weird tingly feeling like I used to get with any of my 7 evil ex’s. I had no problem paying for the labor, but my gosh! This girl must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. The guy even told her in front of me «I wouldn’t charge him that.» The cashier girl is the sole reason why they got 3 stars instead of 5. Next time, I’m sure things will be fine and then I’ll give 5 stars.
