This company is pretty disorganized. After a few emails back and forth in response to my request for a one-​time purge, I was told they would come on a specific date. The day before, someone from the office called and said they would be there at 8:15 am, and that I should call them back if that didn’t work. The next day, I waited around until 9:15, and then left. As I was leaving, the proshred driver called and said he would be there around 11:00. I told him someone called me the previous day and told me 8:15. His response, «Well, I don’t know what they told ya, but I can come around 11:00.» Bye, bye Pro Shred. Lots of options.
