Overall good service for people living in Raleigh. And quick and efficient assembly of ikea items, however I would state that the service is overpriced. I would probably recommend driving and ordering from ikea for delivery if you live anywhere west of Chapel Hill. The delivery fee is only 100 dollars. NC modern furniture charges more for delivery and will not provide you with the original receipt. You may wonder why does this matter. Well if you want to return anything you cannot! You must go through NC modern furniture and pay a restocking fee to return any item you bought. They will not provide you with the original receipt of all the items you purchased. For these reasons I will probably not use the service in the future.

They are fast and reliable. I sent them my shopping list on Sunday night and I got everything delivered Wednesday morning. I bought sectional sofa and many heavy furniture. My husband and I drove a truck to Ikea but could not pick them up and get them to our truck. So we had to seek help from these guys. The delivery cost is around 1⁄5 of the total order, but we think it’s worth it.

Awesome delivery service! Used them for a large couch from the Charlotte ikea and they delivered within two days for much cheaper than ikea would have — and in much, much less time! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Chapel Hill/​Durham area that doesn’t have the time to make the trip to the Charlotte ikea.
