Our mother applied to become a resident at this location in September of 2015. At the time we applied, she was told(with two of her adult children present) that the waiting list was at least two years long, and applications would be processed in order as availability comes up. Fast forward to March 2016. We dropped by to check on the status of her application and to see where she was on the list. The manager we spoke to(the same as in September) was extremely rude, and told us that applicants had to re-apply every 120 days, or be dropped. This was *NEVER* mentioned before, and to our dismay she was dropped from the waiting list! To make matters worse, as we were there, one of the current residents had passed away and was being taken out by the coroner. The manager said the resident had passed away 2 – 3 days earlier, and nobody had checked on them until another resident mentioned the smell coming from the room. DONOTRENTHERE! This complex is clearly a lawsuit waiting to happen; they are deceitful, ignorant, and have no interest in the care of their residents.

Denise is probably THERUDEST person in property management. If you call, she will pretend she doesn’t know the answer to your questions. Went in the next day and she knew everything she said she didn’t know. Ironic. She doesn’t make eye contact. She answered a question for me and as I was writing my answer down she asked«is that is?! I have to go.» She stood up and grabbed her keys. Then told me I had to leave the premises. I asked her a simple tax credit question and she gave me headquarters phone number. Who does that?!
