My goal as a business is to make life easier for my clients. I do this by performing home measurements, listing photography, MLS data collection, and appraisals. By providing all of these services with one phone call– it simplifies the entire process.

Home Measurements

All homes are measured with a precise laser measuring device. Homes will be measured using the North Carolina Real Estate Commission guidelines, which will ensure 100% compliance for your advertised square footage.

Real Estate Photography

The first showing of many homes takes place online or the street-​front brochure, so the photos you use for your listings are critical. All photos are taken with a DSLR camera with wide angle lens. Your photos will be delivered in high resolution for use for print materials, your website, or the TMLS.

TMLS Data Collection

As an appraiser, I am accustomed to gathering detailed property information and presenting it in an easy to read format. Save a trip out to the house, have me collect all the information you’ll need to build your listing in the TMLS.

Appraisals

A professional real estate appraisal performed by a qualified, state-​licensed certified appraiser provides you with an objective opinion of a property’s current market value. Using the appropriate valuation method, you will be provided with an appraisal for use with a refinance, purchase, construction loan, FHA loan, or vacant land transaction.

I am a state certified residential appraiser and real estate photographer. After working in real estate for the past seven years in the Triangle area, I have developed a sense of our market. Realtors want someone that is reliable, responsive, and easy to work with.

Matt is a father of four, shown here with his wife Lisa. He is a state-​certified real estate appraiser, expert home measurer, and real estate photographer. When he’s not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church, and as guitarist for award winning artists Christa Wells and Nicole Witt. Matt is a graduate of North Carolina State University and was born and raised here in North Carolina.
