I agree with Edward P. Ken is a horse’s ass. Bad attitude and nasty emails.
Use a professional. Movin On Movers are a much better choice.

Ken, yes the actual person this place is named after, is a real horses ass. Don’t let nice Melanie in the office fool you, Ken is one bigtime a-​hole. First off, I was scheduled for a simple 3 hour assistance help loading for a move. They were supposed to arrive between 12 – 1 but guess what time they show? 5 freaking 30! I have to rearrange plans for other people I am meeting that evening. Then Ken comes in griping about stuff we have or don’t have, saying he is hot and don’t time for all of this, etc. Then he sends me on a quest for something called «scraps» which I didn’t have. He tells me to look on the back of his truck if I didn’t know what a «scrap» was. So I drive all over town when I have other business to attend to and wondering why he just couldn’t upsell me the scraps on the back of his truck? What an ass, when I realized he meant straps, turned they didn’t need them afterall. What a real rude freak! I would never used them again and recommend you look for other resources to help you move!

These guys are awesome!!! What a great experience! Their attitudes are super pleasant and positive! They have sheer brute strength and are really REALLY focused and quick!!! I cannot say enough great things about them!!! Bobby and Ken blew me away with their energized personalities and they are polite as well! Bottom line? They are great! Highly recommended!

If you are short on time and need to move they are a decent option. My only complaints are that the movers complained while they moved my belongings; which made me feel bad and several screws to furniture were lost during the move.

My mom used them to move yesterday. They charged her for things that were never mentioned in the estimate. The estimate said $ 175 for travel, but they charged her for the hours traveled as well. She paid about $ 400 more than she should have. They did great work and were polite, but cheating my mom out of money she hardly had to begin with means we will contact the BBB, and going to small claims court.

We had a great experience with Ken’s Pack & Move. They showed up on time and were extremely careful with our stuff. They packed the truck with all our stuff from the house quickly and moved it to a storage unit and rest to a 3^rd floor apartment without a complaint. They did not delay at any point and will be using them again when we get ready to move in a few months.

I hired these guys to help pack up a truck for us and I am a very dissatisfied customer. One they put a table in the truck without securing it. Because of this now I have a table that cost me $ 1000 that is no good. All of the tile is broken straight down the middle. My formal dining room table which they took apart for me they have scripted my bolts on my table. This table set cost me $ 2000 from Ashley. I was highly unhappy with using these guys.

Found Ken’s Pack and Move on Craigslist. We hired two guys and they moved our 2 bdrm apt quickly and efficiently. They also set up our furniture and put everything back just as it was. They were very easy to get a hold of when we called. Highly recommend!

Hired Ken’s Pack & Move from Craigslist and had them move a bedroom set of furniture, a mini-​fridge and a 3-​seater couch from a rental house in Chapel Hill to my house in Raleigh. They arrived to the Chapel Hill place on Sunday morning (their flexibility was great, as Sunday was as late as I could leave things at the property), packed it up, loaded it on the truck, drove to Raleigh, unpacked it and unloaded it all within 2 hours.
Price was affordable, guys were friendly and the furniture’s condition was perfect when it arrived. Highly recommended.
