The experience was very bad. No stars from my side. I went there with my 1 year old niece to take some memorable photos. The photographer does not help the baby that much to feel good or smile. May be they like only sleeping babies.
Secondly the photos that I ordered to ship in my home they delivered damaged condition. JCP portraits could not give me any tracking number, they dont give any proper information about who delivered the order whether Fedex /​UPS. When I called then they are not ready to talk about this.
In total I will never waist my time or money with JCP portraits again and not recommend this to anyone.
