Tinsley Greer and Jonathan Kelly have been remodeling and improving homes for over 15 years. During this time, we have worked for a private, locally-​owned, and prominent residential home building company. During our employment, we have experienced all aspects of residential construction. At this company, Tinsley and Jonathan honed a personal passion for excellence, quality, exceptional customer service, and professional integrity. In 2013, Tinsley and Jonathan started working with different property managements throughout North Carolina. During that time, we have acquired several projects in North Carolina and surrounding towns and states. Our goal is to serve the growing need in the community for honest and quality residential construction services.

As J and T Construction continues the tradition of excellence in custom home building, we bring the same core values and quality to each renovation project, with a great majority of those clients being referrals or repeat customers.
