Impact Orthopaedics

Absolutely LOVE everyone here at Impact Orthopaedics, both the medical office as well as the physical therapy department. The entire staff is professional, on top of their jobs and put patients first. They far exceed my expectations of what a medical office should be, wish all doctors were like this office! Dr. Jones is intelligent, professional, trustworthy… and funny! Total package! Sawyer (PA) is so down to earth, takes her time to explain things in a way I understand and a way my daughter understands (we are both patients here). My daughter is a swimmer and injured her shoulder. She was very emotional at her appointment and Sawyer hugged her and consoled her but kept things in a realistic perspective at the same time. Teneria is always a smiling face to greet you and extremely helpful with finding appointments that work for me and my daughters schedule. Syreeta and Megan are so kind and thorough with mine and my daughters care. Dr. Jones and his team performed surgery on my left knee in September and I was so pleased with the entire process that I transferred my daughters care to him and the physical therapy department. To me, that is the ultimate compliment when you can trust your child’s care without hesitation. I am having surgery on my right knee next week and I have total confidence in Impact’s team. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. They work really hard to accommodate your needs/​schedule, respond to voice mails and emails timely (usually the same day), took care of the insurance end of things and made sure I had everything I needed post-​op.
The physical therapy department… I can not say enough good things. I have worked with many PT staff both personally and professionally and hands down these guys are superior to any I have ever encountered. The front office staff works around mine & my daughters crazy schedules to get us both in for our PT sessions, and believe me, that is no small task! Jon was gentle with me in my first few post-​op visits which was exactly what I needed, but then he got tough… exactly like he is suppose too! I know without a doubt that I would not be where I am today without Jon as my physical therapist. He not only explains the exercises I need to do but also the «why» behind those exercises which definitely increases my understanding and compliance. He devotes 100% of his time and attention to me during my PT session whereas I have experienced having to share my therapist with 1 – 2 other patients at other PT offices. Definitely not here at Impact! My daughter has Erin as her physical therapist. When Jon was out of the office Erin stepped in to help me so I would be at my optimum for my next surgery later this week. This was far above and beyond my expectations, certainly something she did not have to do and she did it purely out of love for her job and her patients. And I can assure you, there is no slacking when Erin’s around!
