G&M installed our hybrid gas/​heat pumps, so naturally I called them when we were having issues with our heat this winter.
Jeff, in the office, was very helpful attempting to troubleshoot over the phone to save me a service call and Keith was very courteous and knowledgeable when he came out. He thoroughly investigated both systems (upstairs and down), resolved the issue, and very patiently explained to me in terms I could understand, what exactly was causing the problem and how we could prevent it in the future. Change your filters frequently, people!
I was very impressed with the level of service we received and would highly recommend them.

I have been using these guys for over 5 years on my personal home and an office building. Jeff in service has always been quick to respond and always fair on price.
This week they have had to come out and diagnose a really weird compressor problem and did a Great job.
