Used Frank’s again for a cracked glass induction cooktop. He & his wife were very responsive to my call to learn what my options were. I had expected that(worst case) I would have to replace the entire cooktop. When Frank returned my call, he gave me the precise part # I needed & said if I wanted I could order from the place he orders parts from & have it shipped directly to my house. He knew the part was back-ordered, so told me to call him when the part arrived & made sure it was not damaged. On the day of the service call, he was prompt & again very informative about how install should happen. He was very careful to put down towels to protect the counters while he removed the damaged part & replace with the new. He spent sometime investigating the prior installation to see what might have caused /contributed to the damage. Would definitely use again.

First time using Frank’s. Showed up on time, even called when he thought he might be a few minutes over, immediately identified and fixed the wiring issue with my Bosch Dishwasher, and was done in about 15 minutes. Sure his rates aren’t cheap. No one who works on high end appliances will be any different. I’d use him again, there was no drama and my problem is fixed.

Frank fixed some of my gas appliances. He’s an interesting person. And he’s fairly knowledgeable about the products in which he specializes. But, he’s very expensive and didn’t work in a very effective manner. I would have been significantly better off to have just contacted the gas company and had them repair my gas appliances. I will likely not use him again, or recommend him to a friend or family member.
