Specialties
Flame-grilled sausages, burgers, and hot dogs, piled with fresh, house-made toppings on fresh, house-baked buns. The sausages are made from the finest cuts of lean pork and beef. The dogs? 100% ALL-beef. The burgers? 100% Certified Angus Beef®. It’s the American grill done right, and it’s as good as it gets.
History
Established in 2012.
The father and son had long dreamed of building a business together, and in search of a viable idea, they pledged to reinvent an age-old family business. Bill’s grandfather – and Chas’ great-grandfather and namesake – Charles Rotar was a sausage-maker extraordinaire, having learned the trade from his own Romanian immigrant father. Bill has many fond memories of watching Charles at work and tasting his unique and remarkable recipes.
With Firewürst, the Morgenstern family hopes to carry on the family legacy by building a remarkable franchise that would have made them proud.
