Crooked with poor customer service.
I was in a car accident, and the teenybopper that t-​boned my car’s insurance paid for a rental through this office.
They charged me the security deposit twice, but tried to refund it only once. I’m on hold with them right now.
While I had the janky kia rio, I was frequently called by Enterprise telling me that I owed them money and the insurance company had postdated my rental and stopped paying, usually about five days prior to the date of the call.
They charged me $ 121.68 total in made up charges that the offender’s insurance didn’t pay.

Picked up a car from here after getting in an accident. They called me personally about my reservation and made sure the car I wanted was waiting and ready for when I came to pick it up. The car I asked for wasn’t even at this location but they gladly went to pick it up. Car was clean and in great condition. Definitely 5⁄5.

Used condom was found in the glove compartment, and they only gave me $ 5 off per day. Branch manager repeatedly avoided contact with me. I left four messages for the branch manager, one of which was with him in person. It took weeks to get in touch with him, and to do that I had to travel to the branch in person. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
