Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I have decided to run as a board member to get them replaced.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Elite is the management company for our townhome community, specifically Katie Dominello is our property manager. They have been involved in managing our community for years and below is a list of some of the concerns that have repeatedly been addressed with them in hopes of an improved relationship and community. However this has not happened.
1. Does not post financial records on a timely basis.
2. Does not respond to all communications.
3. Does not keep maintenance records for properties.
4. Does not ensure that vendors complete their work per contract.
5. Does not ensure that all homeowners receive the same service.
6. Does not ensure that bylaws are followed.
We have waited for several years to see a change.

I’m not sure where to begin, other than the question «How is this business even still operating». Their property managers are completely unresponsive to both community members AND board members, not to mention condescending to residents. Namely Karen Bayless. She just blatantly does not answer emails or phone calls. Period. To residents or board members. I have spent months chasing after her as a board member to get things done. It’s atrocious their lack of service. It’s funny I was mentioning this in my office and a co-​worker said she was having the same problem with her HOA… turns out we have the same management company. They are developing quite the reputation, and not in a positive way. Please do yourself a favor and RUN as far as you can from this company. They will NOT live up to even the most basic expectations, and God forbid you have an emergency. Don’t count on them. I know of two instances where their emergency line was used, and both times the line was not answered. Completely inexcusable, and Karen never offered any explanation. This company should NOT be allowed to operate, read some other online reviews who describe them as a «scam». They are a complete nightmare. Lots of money paid in fees and zero service in return, BUT… they had your HOA sign a contract, so unless you want to pay court costs and legal fees, you are stuck with them.
