Defygravity is the perfect place to take your little ones to burn off that never ending energy. My daughter and I checked it out for the first time today and had a blast. The staff was friendly and its very clean. They had a viewing area with a tv for the parents, tons of trampoline space, dodgeball, little kids area, foam pits attached to trampolines, and an obstacle course area. We jumped for an hour for ten bucks. Adults jump for free with children 5& under between 9 – 10. You can’t beat that. I planned on going to the gym afterwards but all of that jumping and foam pit action really did me in. Whew. So not only is it great for kids it’s a great workout for the parents too! My only teensy complaint is, you’re not allowed to wear regular socks unless they have the grips on the bottom of them. That being said, you have to go barefoot. If I would have known that I would’ve been more prepared. I did notice they had some for sale but I didn’t inquire about them. While the space seemed very clean it still bothered me that everyone was barefoot. I would like it to be a requirement to wear socks. Also, you can buy your tickets in advance online. It’s highly recommended to purchase tickets days in advance when it comes to the weekend.

Went here with my daughter for a kid’s birthday party. Even though it was pretty crowded, there is so much space, it doesn’t feel it. Very clean facility with friendly staff. Staff kept the older people from running over the younger kids. Plenty of activities to do. Left with a tired kid!

My kids love this place! One hour wears them out! Comfy places for mom and dad to sit. TV to watch. Staff friendly and attentive. It’s about time north Raleigh had a place like this!

My wife and 2 children had a BLAST(ages 6 and 2). We all jumped. Definitely great for kids of all ages. They have an area for younger children, but everything is little-kid friendly. If you arrive at early enough(9am?) parents jump free which will save you $ 14 per per adult.

So, normally these kinds of places are a blast for me and my 3 children but the experience my youngest had at this location was horrendous. He was jumping on the basketball trampoline and felt a sharp pain in his foot, came limping back to daddy, and showed me his cut up, bleeding foot. Turns out, there was broken glass on this trampoline and after jumping on it, he had shards of broken glass embedded in the bottom of his foot. Thankfully, the staff shut down the trampoline, picked up the larger pieces of glass, then vacuumed the rest up. In the meantime, though, it took some time to get any help, first aid, etc. and the staff seemed very unprepared for such an event. Thankfully, there was another customer who was a nurse that helped us get his foot cleaned up. Unfortunately, the glass was so deeply embedded that we had to take him to the urgent care around the corner to fully extract it. What is even more concerning than this, however, is that the owners seemed very disconnected from policies and process, local staff, and overall mgmt. of situations like this. Furthermore, they were quite condescending in subsequent discussions and, while they reimbursed my co-pay of $ 40.00 for the urgent care, the remaining $ 241 not covered by my insurance plan for the procedure performed at the urgent care was left to me. The customer waiver you sign for this place basically allows them to treat you this way. Definitely not a place me or my boys will attend any time soon.

As a babysitter who has taken a 12 year old and 5 year old to both Defygravity and Sky Zone, I consider myself an authority on Triangle trampoline parks, haha. This one blows Sky Zone out of the water. True, you don’t get to take home little souvenir orange socks, but this park offers an obstacle course(swinging ropes, ascending monkey bars, and a climbing wall, all suspended over a sea of foam blocks), and a dodgeball arena. The dodgeball arena is dominated by high-energy boys, which intimidated my 5 year old girlie, but is very safe — regulated by a staffer, and the balls are small and soft. This park also has a deal where kids 5 and under are accompanied by an adult for free — be sure to check the website for any other promotions. An hour was good for my group!

Had a lot of fun here! We ended up going two days in a row. The price was kind of expensive — $ 14 for an hour. We went on Tuesday and got 2 dollars off. On Wednesdays they have a homeschool special– $ 6 off if im not mistaken. It’s the first trampoline park I’ve been to so I can’t say much about the size– seems fairly large. On one side, they have an obstacle course filled with foam cubes at the bottom pit, foam pit to jump in and a basketball area with squishy kid-friendly balls. The main area is a floor with lots of trampolines linked together. There is also a kiddy section and dodge ball section. I was most impressed with the employees! There were a lot of small children and the employees really kept watch over them to make sure they wouldn’t get hurt and also to help when needed. They also went out of their way to have fun with the kids, show them tricks and even play games. really hands on staff! There was plenty of areas for parents to sit and relax also. This place isn’t just fun for kids but anyone! My friends and I are all college aged and we had the best time. It’s great for exercise too! One hour of play and I was so out of breath! The next day, I was sore from head to toe. i Know they have a exercise class available– I’m definitely looking to check it out!

My family and I had some time to kill before picking somebody up at the airport so we thought we’d check this place out. Best idea ever! Everybody had a blast. The place was well operated and the staff was really friendly and attentive. They have plenty of stuff to do there and the facility seemed very neat and clean. There’s also a lot of nice seating areas for spectators which is great. We really enjoyed our visit so we will definitely be back whenever we are in town.

I’ve been to the one in Durham several times but this location is way better and bigger! Attended a gravityfit class here and it was fun and a great workout. Will definitely be back again!

I like the way they sell tickets and you are in for a certain time period. Helps control the number of jumpers. They have a nice viewing area. The kids love going here and they leave tired so that makes me happy. It is on the expensive side especially when it is a family of 4 and I am not sure why they charge a fee when you buy the tickets. Especially when you buy them online and print them out from your printer(isn’t that making it easy for THEM)? The staff is always nice and I am glad to have this option of something different to do in the area.
