It’s 11:30am; pharmacist said my prescription would be ready by 8pm. Called Walgreens and they said it would take them 15mins. I’m on my way to Walgreens.

Rude pharmacy technicians who don’t get the co-pays right even though I bring documentation from my insurance company to prove what the co-pays should be. After reading the other remarks on this page I think Walgreens would be a great improvement. Also, one of the technicians had a runny nose and kept swiping at it with the heel of his hand instead of blowing it into a tissue. Of course his germs got transferred to other customers — disgusting. You work in a drugstore, guy. Surely there are tissues available.

Kind of disagree with other reviews here. I had good service from start to finish, especially the pharmacy department. Also, store was nice and clean, and easy to find stuffs…

Best CVS in America. Jason, the pharmacist will do just about anything for you and works his tail off. Very helpful staff.

Horrible customer service on the store end. Please smile and show respect to others. If you don’t want to work there, do us all a favor and quit!!!

Pretty run-of-the-mill CVS, but I end up stopping here often because it’s conveniently located near my house. Plus, there is a Redbox outside, so that is a bonus. The thing I like about CVS’ in general are the coupons… like an extra bonus when you buy something. They can add up to big savings!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Have had so many problems at this pharmacy. Have given them my new address 4 times yet they still only have my old address. I drop of prescriptions and they say 2 hours to fill, I come back next day to pick up and still not filled. I get automated calls from CVS saying prescription is ready and when I go to pick it up, it’s not ready. Absolutely hate this place, nothing but frustration.

I wish I could give this CVS no stars. The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE! They always get extremely backed up especially in the drive thru. The staff is very blasé about everything which isn’t something desirable from people handling your meds. Several times they have messed up my prescription, misplaced it & even given me ANOTHERPERSONS medicine. They are awful. & if you take a moment to look behind the pharmacy counter don’t be surprised to see a nasty work area to match their attitudes. Everytime I’ve been here there are empty pill bottles, trash & misc. papers scattered on the floors & under the counters. I drive out of my way to avoid getting my prescriptions filled here. You should too.

2.5 Stars. I have ended up coming here very often because it is close to our house, but I finally had enough and am now switching. I have been here every day of the week, at the beginning, middle, and end of the month, and cannot suggest a better time to come by. Stopping by in the morning is better and after 4 pm, forget about it, because there are usually long waits. Most of the time, the pharmacists & techs. can be rather friendly and helpful. It seems that there is a high turn over or this is a training facility because you will find new techs. here frequently. I think the management makes this into a bad thing because they are not as proficient, efficient, and not sufficiently staffed as a result. All of the staff seem rather overworked and overwhelmed every(yes, each & every) visit. It seems the techs. even express their frustrations and acknowledge the system’s deficiencies with their truthful candor(something I do appreciate and actually kept me coming back here). I tried numerous times to get our set of Rxs to be refilled at the same time(by waiting to refill the first ones by a few days so that they can all be picked up when the last Rx is available to be refilled). Other cities I have been able to get this done so I did not have to stop by on Monday and again on Friday for two Rxs — but this CVS seems incapable to do this. I suspect that it is the high Rx volume and overworked staff that result in the lack of attention and communication to figure out a way to make this work. The non-pharmacy staff usually are less friendly and helpful. The store is exactly the same as every other CVS/Wal-greens/Big chain pharmacy/store; you know what to expect. There’s a Redbox outside, which can be handy. The parking lot layout and street entrances are illogical and I am amazed I have not seen any small fender benders in it. I will go back here in a pinch, but, is not something I look forward to. Keep looking to find a better pharmacy that cares more about their customers and staff, is less busy, and able to helpful in addition to friendly.

The pharmacy folks here are always very friendly and nice. Do be careful when you are entering/exiting the parking lot here — the location is at a high-traffic intersection and it can be a bit hairy sometimes. One caveat — like most CVS stores lately, I’ve noticed that there is one poor employee marooned at the front of the store to service all the cash registers and the photo area, so be prepared to wait if you’re trying to check out at the front. It’s often easier to pick up your few things on the way to getting your prescription, or even just go to the back, which is better staffed.

CVS — yeah, you’ve been in one… Your regular drug store that ate its Wheaties(not to be confused with its bigger cousin, Walgreens, which is on steroids) and has most of the little things you’d need in a pinch and wouldn’t want to go to Target or the grocery store for, but not a gas station convenience store either. This location is at the corner of Six Forks and Lynn Rds, and it’s a bit tricky to get in and out of; depending on what time of day it is, it can be a car accident waiting to happen. I’d rather stop by Walgreens but this CVS is conveniently located if I need something… in a pinch.

Wow, CVS… you just earned extra points in my book! Thank you for taking the extra step to call my doctor for a refill on my prescription. This saved me a lot of time considering I have to leave a message with my doctor’s nurse, then wait 24 hours for a return phone call to have them send you the refill request. ~Ilia
