I thank God for the doctors at Crabtree. I started going a year ago when I had severe pain in my neck and back. I had injured myself from exercise. They took great care of me.
I was not going in for my monthly maintenance. I injured myself again through exercise. This time I wanted to add in acupuncture. I went looking around. BIG MISTAKE.
I went to a chiropractor that offered a deal on acupuncture with adjustment. The guy injured me. I went back to Crabtree. DR. WALTZ is a miracle worker. The injury is not corrected yet but I know I am in good hands. The doctor is getting me there.
This is the place to go for professionals who take the time to listen. You don’t have to make an appointment. Just walk in!

Let me tell you. I absolutely love Dr. Thacker. Bedside manner is professional yet witty. He turned my grumpy painful frown upside down. I had a previous injury to my back which lead to some osteoarthritis and he has been nursing me to health for almost a year. He had an aggressive approach to it and love him for it.
Receptionist greet you and first glance and techs are very knowledgeable. Thanks everyone there!

I wish there was a zero star rating. My experience here ended with an exceptionally bad outcome, only to be reinforced with scare tactics by Dr. Kabasco.
Went in needing some minor work on my spondylous. After sitting through the complementary consult/​seminar, they had me believing their services would be quick in term, easy and routine adjustments that would help with my back pain. Buyer beware… I ended up getting chewed up and spit out. It was recommended we end treatment after my 20something visit. Conveniently, it was also the last of the visits the insurance would cover. They had me in 3 times a week making adjustments getting it while getting was good.
After «treatment» was complete, my pain had moved areas and went from ever so often nuisance to chronic pain. I began seeing a MD who identified a new issue. Long story short… Months more visits of assessment, pain injections, pain pills, inflammatory injections, along with additional months of physical therapy before feeling somewhat normal again.
To cap this terrible experience off… I went in to Crabtree chiropractic during the MD /​PT treatments to get a better understanding of what happened, why the pain moved and had become chronic. I could have punched the guy in the throat for how he spoke so nonchalant as to their plan of care. Said they robbed Peter to pay Paul in terms of my back alignment. None of which was discussed with me during their treatments. Had the audacity to tell me he saved me from losing control of my bowels and wanted to talk talk talk about the chiropractic benefits. Guys a complete jerk and needed to listen to what I was saying, take into consideration my experience and offer some sort of solution. Instead he gave his smug smile and shrugs. Pisses me off even thinking about the shyster.
Please consider seeing a back/​spine/​pain MD before taking on chiropractic services. Risk vs reward. Trust me, you want a medical doctor’s opinion first.

Best chiropractic in the area. I had a herniated disk and I am MUCH better. Excellent customer service.

I started going to Crabtree Chiropractic after receiving a recommendation from a really good friend. Their office was a lot closer to my work than the chiropractor I had been seeing in Cary so I figured it was worth a shot. I loved that you don’t have to make an appointment which made it easier to work around my schedule, plus they have evening and Saturday availability. I also LOVED the roller tables they have you lay on after your adjustment because they are relaxing and they force me to take 10 minutes of quiet time.
What I didn’t like was the pressure. The chiropractors are pushy. They wanted me to come in 3 days a week and that just didn’t work with my schedule (or my budget). They seemed to always lecture and make comments about skipping adjustments which only made me skip more adjustments to not have to deal with that.
They do great work though, and the scheduling is really flexible so I do recommend them. I just had a better chiropractic in Cary that was more reliable, less pushy and worth the extra distance so I went back to him.
I do miss the roller tables though.

This review is for Accupuncture at Crabtree. Master Choi is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process. This therapy is not a quick fix. It takes a committment from the patient, but it’s worth the time and effort. Over the past 6 months, I have noticed significant improvement in my problem areas. Master Choi assesses you completely and can treat a broad range of problems successfully. If you are looking at alternate medicine, I highly recommend Master Choi.

Visited while in town for the weekend at the recommendation of a family friend who’s a local chiropractor. They were very sweet and very helpful. They told me it would be a waste of my money to treat me since I’d only be in town for 2 days. But gave me great tips and ideas to help my problem even though I wouldn’t be a client. I didn’t have to pay a penny. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them even though I never had any treatment.

As an athlete with a lot of inevitable aches and pains, I would highly recommend Crabtree Chiropractic Center. I came here regularly for a few months while I fixed the back issues that were bothering me day in and day out from my martial arts training. I was skeptical that chiropractic work would be the answer, but I figured I’d give it a shot anyways.
What I initially loved about this place was that they had a comprehensive initial exam, complete with x-​rays, and thoroughly explained to me the concerns they had regarding my spinal health. What kept me in love with this place was the ability to get in and out within 15 minutes, the friendliness and warmness of the chiropractors here, and the reasonable prices and treatment plans.
I attended the mandatory Tuesday class about how to sleep, sit, and move to optimize spinal health. This was helpful — but I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and my spine is undoubtedly going to undergo some of the prohibited movements. I left it feeling a little scared that I would ever be pain free — but I think it’s meant to spook you into good behavior like that. ;)
I do ultimately attribute my lessened pain to my chiropractic treatment and subsequent maintenance visits at Crabtree Chiropractic Center. (I also supplement with yoga which makes a big difference in helping me maintain optimal posture and reversing damage that is done from sitting at a desk all day.) My follow up x-​rays after my initial treatment showed great improvement in my lower spine– totally visible in the x-​rays. I noticed that they only did a few follow up x-​rays in comparison to the comprehensive spinal x-​rays on the initial visit. I would have liked a little more time and attention to the follow up visit and x-​rays, but I guess at that point you’ve already been treated and are getting ready to be released to maintenance. Either way, I was pleasantly surprised with the results and will continue coming here for maintenance every 3 – 4 weeks.

Absolutely the BEST chiropractors! Short or no wait time. Smooth operation! The ladies at the front are super sweet and the doctor are very knowledgeable and absolutely know what they are doing. I have been with them a long time and would never trust anybody else.
