Cold Stone Creamery

This would have been 5 stars if employees had wanted help customers more than clean. With a line out the door, employee spent more time getting ready for close than helping. This was over 2 hours before the store was closing. So ice cream was great, service was horrible.

The ice cream is delicious and I love the new mix-​in options. I think I’m now addicted to the Gooey Chocolate Pretzel! But what sets this location apart from the rest is the excellent customer service. Even with lines out the door, the servers were peppy and chatty. I can tell they enjoy their jobs.

Terrible service from owner purchase bogo through entertainment book and «owner «would not honor and denied coupon. entertainment is not a bogus service and only issues coupons for valid businesses. owner was rude and refused to honor coupon or even discuss it. it’s a shame I love cold stone but will never visit this store again

Staff was really nice and patient with my kids to decide. The family and I came here on a Friday night just a little after 7pm and we just missed the rush. If we had waited 5 more minutes to stop in, we would have been in a line that ran out the door. We tried:
Cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles (or jimmies depending on where you’re from) — love it size
Mint chocolate with chocolate shavings — like it size
Chocolate hazelnut with nilla wafers — like it size
The portions are huge so if you’re not really jonesing for ice cream, the like it size is going to be just enough to satisfy your slight craving.
I do agree with Gregory, the tables outside needed to be sprayed and wiped clean but with a line running out the door I suppose it’s a challenge. I suggest having Clorox wipes accessible for customers to have the option to wipe the tables clean ourselves.

Showin some love for the cold ice cream on a hot steamy evening! After some dinner in Cary, I decided to stop here on the way home and splurge with the family.
The coffee ice cream was just YUM! What more can a person say?
Cleanliness appears to be the only issue this location has. Tables were left dirty and sticky after customers had left and needed to be sprayed and wiped down.
