My husband, grandmother, and myself stopped by for dinner tonight. When we sat down the server came over and got our drink order. When she brought the drinks we put in an appetizer order, but before I was even done explaining how I wanted the appetizer, she had already started to walk away. The food came out fine, we asked for steak sauce and a refill. Five minutes go by, nothing. Ten minutes goes by and I turned around and see her two tables down taking an order, none of the things we asked for were in sight. Finally I asked for a manager who came by our table and I explained to him that my husbands steak was now cold, she didn’t bring our steak sauce or refill. He disappeared and five minutes later the waitress comes by and puts the things on our table and runs away. My husband only ate half of his steak because of how cold it was. The manager didn’t even offer to comp some of the bill for the airhead waitress making mistake after mistake. We spent 75.00 on cold food and crap service. At the end of the meal she asked if we wanted to-go boxes. We asked for one. She came back ten minutes later and asked us again if we wanted to-go boxes. Needless to say, she didn’t get a tip — and it is very rare that I would ever not leave a tip. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of management trying to at least make things right by giving a discount on terribly cold food because of how long we had to wait for steak sauce. More important, I am disappointed in the lack of training, or of the extreme space cadet that we had as a waitress. I will never go back to this location ever again.

I’m a semi-loyal Chili’s customer. It’s a good place to go for moderately priced bar food. The menu is pretty predictable, with new items every now and again — what you’d expect from a chain restaurant. I usually order the Triple Dipper apetizer to go, but this time I sat down for a meal with some family. My mom and I opted for th 2 for $ 20 deal. We had the fried pickles as our appetizer — they were VERY good. We both also ordered burgers. Nothing to write home about, but enjoyable nonetheless. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant and the wait for seating at 7 in a Friday night wasn’t unbearable. This was an all around good experience. I will definitely be returning.

Came here for dinner late one evening on a Friday night. Our server was very friendly and personable. We ordered quesadillas and smoke house chicken. Overall the food is good(for a chain restaurant), so I give 3 stars for the food and 4.5 for the servive.

Had a fairly good meal last night. Did the $ 20 dinner for two which included an appetizer and two entrees. Had the unlimited chips and salsa with guacamole which were very good. Service was great!

If you want to experience segregation on where you are being seated go here. My wife and I stop by here after shopping at BJ’s, First of all she didn’t ask us did we want to seat at the bar or anything. After we where seated and I noticed she was seating the minority’s to the left and the majority’s to the right. I asked for the manager and when he came I ask him to look at his restaurant and what does he see wrong and he gave me this dum a$$ look. I ask for my check and haven’t went back… P. S pay attention if you ever eat here…

I’ve been to many other chilis before, but this one had particularly slow service and small portions. The chicken crispers that I ordered were soggy and seemed undercooked, dunno how I feel about going back

Food was good, had a margarita, very tasty, I have to admit our server Gregory was more than attentive, he was pleasant and funny, when he wasn’t helping his tables he was cleaning and just being an excellent employee, bottom line, good food, great service I shall return

I had not been to Chili’s in 3 – 4 years for no other reason than I didn’t feel like it. But my boyfriend really wanted to go and have a burger so I went along for the ride. We sat at the bar. The bartender was great. Took our order promptly. Drinks were refilled quickly. Very friendly guy. I had a flatbread pizza. Boyfriend had a burger with fries. It took forever for the food to get out — around 40 minutes. The place was packed when we went so maybe that’s why. The woman who brought out our food said she decided to bring it out even though the fries were missing from my boyfriend’s burger. Apparently our food had been sitting for a bit, and she did not want it to continue to sit while we waited on fries. I thought that was thoughtful of her, but I am unsure as to what the ordeal was with the fries. Everyone else appeared to be getting fries. After a good 10 – 15 minutes the fries appeared. By this time we had eaten our pizza and burger. The fries were hot and fresh. My pizza was just fine. Half of it was a bit cold and overcooked, and the other half of it was fine. The sauce that they top it with was the best thing about it but they are very skimpy with how much they use. Overall, the pizza wasn’t anything special, but I was very limited to what I could order as a vegetarian. Chili’s has a huge menu but pretty much all of it is meat. They could do better on this.

Always awesome service and great food. Victoria and Sally are two of our most recent waitresses here who have provided us with exceptional service along with a fun and friendly attitude.

I’ve only ever ordered to go from this location, it was ready quickly and the food was great! They included everything(condiments, sides, silverware etc) which is great compared to some to go I’ve gotten from other places. I think today we are so accustomed to terrible customer service when we get good service it feels amazing! If you are in a hurry their to go is a great option, also their 2 for $ 20 deal never fails! We got so much food for the money!(Order chips & salsa, and 2 orders of chicken fajitas for $ 20)

I guess I should preface by saying that I didn’t want to eat here to begin with, and that’s because Chili’s has drastically gone downhill over the years. Let’s start off with the horrible service provided by our waiter. Let’s just say that he’s NOT in the right line of work. He walked around with absolutely no urgency throughout the night when the restaurant was jam-packed and some sense of urgency was necessary. We waited about thirty minutes just to get inside, so that gives you an idea of just how busy it was. To get a refill on a drink we had to slide the cup to the edge of the table so that he could see when he walked past that it was empty. We had to wave to get his attention to ask for the check to pay for our food because he was just standing around. When we handed him the card to pay for the food, we were reminded that we could pay with the Ziosk and then he hurriedly went away –probably to do nothing. As for the food, all I ordered was water, which didn’t taste ‘clean,’ and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was good but it gave me a horrible stomach ache afterward. My stomach cramped the entire drive home and for hours after getting there. I think it must’ve been the ice cream on the cookie instead of the cookie itself and wonder if maybe it was spoiled ?? The one positive thing out of the experience was playing Trivia on the Ziosk while we waited for our meals. If you’re in the Brier Creek area, go to Longhorn instead. I’ve only been once but everything about the experience was light years better than what I experienced at Chili’s this visit. I have no intentions of returning.

I’ve been here many times and am always impressed with the whole experience. I am a picky eater so I order with a lot of variations to the food and the server and kitchen get my order right every time. We are always greeted warmly by the hosts and servers and the workers treat all the customers well. One time we came in 30 minutes before close and everyone still gave us friendly service and didn’t make us feel rushed! The food is always exactly what we expect it to be and tastes so good! The restaurant is pretty clean but it can get a little too noisy. Other than that, it’s a great go-to place when we don’t have much time and want good food and service!

Go to a different Chili’s! Chili’s vegetarian fajitas are my guilty pleasure, and I order delivery(via 919dine) regularly. Last time, instead of the usual broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and peppers, there was just a small pile of onions and peppers and TONS of threads of chicken throughout. They clearly prepped chicken fajitas and instead of making a new dish, just picked out the large chunks of chicken. It was lazy and disrespectful towards a dietary restriction(I hope they are better about allergies), and since I couldn’t eat it, I called the manager. He couldn’t issue a refund since I ordered through a 3rd party and didn’t offer to send a new meal. He took my address and said he’d send a voucher which has never arrived. Side note: the guacamole was brown throughout. A few months before this, I dined in the restaurant and a huge millipede-type bug crawled across our table while the server was standing there. The manager offered to buy all 3 of us a beer and didn’t comp anything else. Management at this Chili’s is lacking in customer service, and I won’t go back again.

I would not recommend this Chilli restaurant to anyone, service was super slow, hubby had to send his plate back cause it was cold, the guacamole looked like it was sitting out not fresh and they put the sautéed onions on the bread which made the bottom half of my burger non appetizing due to soggy mess, they forgot to bring out our utensils not once but twice, then the waiter at the very end after hardly paying any attention to us the hour we waited for our food to come decides to converse at this point I just want out and never return…

One of the better locations in the area. Staff is friendly. We use the Chili’s To-Go service. We’ve ordered online and called in, and never had any problems with timing or our food orders.

This chilis location has updated interior and outdated staff. our service was bland at best and the food was bland at best. The location is kind of sketch! Since our chillis closed in cary this is one of the closest ones… I will make the drive to morrisville.

Holy cow– this place has improved! We came at 7 and had a short wait and were seated. Our server, Otis, was outstanding. His smile was literally contagious and genuine. He was quick with everything and checked on us at appropriate times. I got the most unhealthy thing on the menu — buffalo chicken sandwich and it was great. My friend got the Cajun pasta and it looked delicious. Much better than last year. They have given the place a facelift and the new décor looks nice– it really has a nice ambience at night. I usually hate chain places like this — but if I had to eat at one I would go here. Seems like they are under new management and I am impressed at the effort of servers. I observed other tables and ppl really seemed to be enjoying themselves and treated well. In regards to the review by Scott below– the grade here is not 94, it’s 96. The décor is more like an A– for this type of place. I’ve been to a lot of nice places with cool lighting and they’ve really fixed this Chili’s up.

At 6:45PM on a Friday night, this place was busy as could be, the parking lot jam packed and overflowing into the next parking lot over(where some other restaurant had shut its doors)! Even«Rock Star» parking was not to be had. Hold the phone — only a five to ten minute wait? The hostess got us seated and we perused the menu for several minutes. Christiana was our server, she showed up just as we had decided on an appetizer, and she was all about southern hospitality, good service, and charm. Considering my long, hard day, I decided to order a tall SamA to quench my thirst while we also ordered a quesadilla and my little girl opted for Kraft Mac and cheese(can you see me rolling my eyes AGAIN). We needed time, so many tasty sandwich choices on the menu, a few dinner choices… what to decide, what will we have — a dilemma for sure. No Pressure — Christiana was back as our appetizer arrived to take our dinner orders. I decided to try something different, a buffalo chicken fajita; good choice, really GOOD choice! My bride had a southern smokehouse burger(she was having more trouble settling on something than I was). She said the burger was pretty darn tasty, but when I took a bite, I was glad I didn’t order that one(note to self moment — what not to get at Chili’s in the future). Christiana and the rest of the team around her were very attentive, fountain drinks were refilled without asking, food delivered in a timely fashion, and we were offered a chance to order dessert. I’m typically not a fan of chains such as Chili’s because the food is typical chain restaurant fare with very little diversification in the menu, however, this particular location gets props for excellent service. Most of the people here(with the exception of one notable long face) seem to enjoy their jobs.

After a few hours of watching our gran-daughter, we all went to Chili’s. It was close to my son’s home and we wanted a quick bit to eat. Well quick was not in the chili’s vocab that evening. We waited ½ as they said 15 minutes. OK it was a Saturday night. Once we were seated it all rolled like a snowball downhill, not the service but I am saying it was smooth. The waiter was very friendly and was quick on his feet. He was very busy but always attentive to us. Oh yes having a baby the girl that seated us said this table is too small and seated us at a larger table with isle room. Very thoughtful of her. This is not the first time we have been to Chili’s, being a chain we have darkened the doors of many in different cities. The food was what we expected and was served hot. All went well and the service was good.
