Business Owner

As a founder of BrightPath Education Services, Mel not only develops curriculum but also delivers appraisal continuing education courses. He also teaches the National USPAP Courses as an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. Mr. Black is a licensed attorney in North Carolina and the District of Columbia. He focuses on representing and advising real estate appraisers, real estate agents, and other professionals throughout North Carolina and other states on a variety of matters, including complaints before their licensing boards.
